The hotel in general was very well kept. The only problem that I noticed is that there are not enough outlets on the wall to accommodate visitors. I use a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea and I had to go digging for an outlet that would reach the bedside.

Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke and/or chemical cleaners. I was called at 11:36pm by the front desk. As an insomniac who had just fallen asleep this is unacceptable behavior unless there's an emergency. Sleep is clearly not a priority at this hotel, as several guests loitered loudly. Also, the front desk is so high I have to stand on tiptoe to do business. The room smells vaguely Smokey though it is marked as a non-smoking room, however it is much better than the first room they gave me which smelled heavily of chemical cleaners. The sink did not drain. Plates were missing from electrical outlets. Furthermore, the light in the bathroom would not turn on without flicking the switch several times.

It is extremely dificult to find rooms near Bristol for the NASCAR race weekend, bu this is the 3rd year my clients chose to stay at the Days Inn Kingsport. The staff is just phenominal. While the facitlites are in need of updating, the management continues to make upgrades each year. We find new things on each visit that have been improved. The convenience to our destination and the staff who just bend over backwards to help make this property a no-brainer stay experience.

me and my two brothers decided to spend few days in mountains near kingsport. We rented 6 rooms for 2 nights.We had extremely pleasent experience with staff and kids just loved to hang around pool. rooms were great and manager was very nice to offer us conference room for lunch. We will certainly go back in future

The manager was sincere, friendly, and helpful. Also the maids and staff were very good. The location is convenient and very safe. The staff and especially the manager was exceptionally competent and caring. The grounds were well manicured and the pool clean.

The landscaping was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean.I will stay here again .

The room had a fridge, microwave, and a safe. Good size room. During check-in I was double charged for the room. Do not give them your credit card ever. They do not need it even if they insist. They did insist in my case, and now I'm paying for it. I would recommend this hotel but this experience has been unpleasant.

Management at first would not honor the terms of our reservations , then still overcharged us. Manager/owner was rude, uncooperative and gave us incorrect information. The room was filthy and smelled. The toilet was broken and had an old rag stuffed under it to keep it from rocking from side to side. There was dirt on the walls everywhere. The bed was very old and broken. Our concerns were ignored. We went to another area hotel where we were treated very well, very friendly staff, had a good clean room and for less money.

Room clean, furniture appeared new and cared for, countertops heavy and solid, room decor & bed linens (colors) peaceful and relaxing. The shower head & bathtub pipes needed a covering surrounding the pipes so it didn't look unfinished in their plumbing. This hotel was rated a one star but I thought it was definitely a 2-2.5 star hotel. The room was really welcoming, relaxing & appeared spacious with their layout. The non-smoking room was actually clear of any past tobacco as some will try to cover up if they have had a smoker in the room in the past. I would definitely go back again when I need to stay in the area.

Had a microwave and small refrigerator for our convenience. The hotel was hard to find due to a turn that had too small a sign. This hotel was adequate, but not the type of quality we have come to expect,
