The cleanliness of the room. The pool was dirty, cloudy. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room. It could work at a more inviting lobby and grandpa at the front desk in the early morning did not speak English, but smiled pleasantly.

Would stay again. It was cheaper than most other hotels in town but since we only planned to be there during the evening and night, felt it would be adequate. We were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, nicely furnished and even had a microwave, refrigerator and breakfast that weren't mentioned in it's description. The breakfast was very simple, but easier than eating out. While close to the freeway, it was very quiet. It was fenced off from the street requiring entering by the check-in area. Felt very secure. Frankly better than a lot of 3 star hotels we have stayed in.

Very basic room. Bathroom shower curtain moldy and dirty. Bathroom left a lot to be desiredNo pen and Paper. Tried telling management and they said ""okay""

We stayed here on our way from Herst Castle to Monterey. Monterey hotels were a bit expensive so we saved money. Hotel is clean has wifi access and is right beside 101.

zacuzzii isthe best internt hard wire/wireless kitchen is the best for longer stay

Clean, microwave and refrigerator. Shower curtain and bathroom was very dirty, food in between the bed and nightstand. Hotel in a close location to the highway. The bathroom was very dirty (i.e. the shower curtain and bath tub walls, etc). The microwave and refrigerator were spotless! The AC/heater needed to be updated.

Helpful staff, downstairs room. Lobby stinks of food fumes. I came here to go hunting. I needed a place to stay that was close to my hunting area.

I always enjoy staying there. It was a non smoking room but It still smelled of smoke. Like I said I always enjoy staying there. We go every 3 months.

Quiet, cool and clean- efficient for my needs. The TV volume came on too loud at startup. Nice, friendly people. Clean, quiet and provided all needed features for my personal needs. Just a good nights rest from travel.

Convenient stop on drive from Santa Rosa to Morro Bay. Desk clerk said he did not have a receipt and was charging people coming in less than I was charged. I had called ahead to let the inn know that I would be arriving between 1am and 2am. When I got there, the person at the desk was waiting but acted irritated saying he had to stay up for me. I noticed the price listed for the night was twenty dollars less than I paid for it. The next morning I asked for a receipt and was told there was not one. I doubt that taxes would have accounted for the full $20 difference in price. It was not worth protesting about, but I certainly will never stay there again. Also, everything in the room was as cheaply done as possible. I have stayed in lower quality motels that made a greater effort to make the room feel comfortable. There were not any bed bugs and it was relatively clean. Since I was staying there so briefly, it met my needs other than feeling chipped by the price.
