The whole trip was very good. I was alittle hesitant to use this hotel because there were not very many reviews. I took a chance and It was a great hotel(the view from the balcony/your window was the best). Sometimes you ask for non smoking and the room still smells, NOT this one. Over all we were very pleased. Kerrville is a great location.

Clean room and overall cleanliness of facility. Clerk at check-in was rude. Not a good person to workas a clerk.

The room was clean, all the usual amenities including wireless. As long as the price is low, this is an excellent place to stay

Stopped here on the way to LA. It was a clean place and had a small/basic contenental breakfast. A little down the road in Kerrville was anything you could want to eat or drink. This is a good place to stop for the night.

The rooms were clean, convenience of location. The price we had to pay, coffee pot in bathroom with toilet, bed was a little hard and noisy(mattress cover?) We would stay again, however we would call the hotel directly.

Friendly greeting, everything was ready and all I had to do was sign-in. Requested a non-smoking room and was told none available. Room could have been more detailed for cleaning, but was acceptable for the night.

Room was very spacious. The beds were not very comfortable and the whole place smelled like the Middle East. I was very grateful to the lady who worked the counter. She was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was excellent. The shower was good but the water kept getting cold then hot then cold then hot. The pool area was very nice and I enjoyed the hot tub while my kiddos enjoyed the pool.

It was a good hotel in a great location. We just wanted somewhere quiet to go and we found it.

Conveniently located on main road in Kerville. Poor breakfast offerings, limited seating in breakfast area.

I would never recommend this motel to anyone! It is totally overpriced, not in a good area, it smelled bad and the furniture upholstry was ragged and torn. The place is a joke.

The staffwas very helpful and friendly. The small breakfast provided was excellant. We stayed an extra night. We couldn't stay longer. The motel was clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was setup with small microwave, frig, and coffee pot with all the Fixins.

The Days Inn of Kerrville was centrally located on the main road of town with easy access to the river. The room was larger than most with a king beb and loveseat

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was great. We arrived at the hotel at 4am, and the hotel clerk was extremely pleasant. Breakfast the next morning was very nice pastries, cereal, juice, coffee and it was available until 10am. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and spa were nice, and the staff was great. We were extremely comfortable staying at this hotel. It was easy to find and close to the highway. If we travel to Kerrville again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Location. Moved our belongings to another room without our knowledge or authority. When we originally checked into this room, every thing was fine. Later, someone was trying to enter our room. My husband opened the door and a couple stated that the hotel had rented them the room that we were in. They left and said they would go to the office to get another room. We left to go eat supper, returned, and tried to get into our room. A young child opened the door and my husband could see her father just inside the room. My husband asked this man why they were in our room and he stated that the hotel rented him this room. My husband asked him where our belongings were and he stated that he did not know that the room did not have anything in it when they entered. My husband went to the office and demanded where our belongings were. The desk clerk stated that they had given us the wrong room and had moved our belongings to another room. My husband told the clerk that nothing better be missing. She stated that we could have our money back, which would have been great, but there was not another hotel room available in this town. We were trying to find a room in Fredricksburg and had to go as far as this hotel in Kerrville just to find a room. We went to the room they gave us and as far as we could tell, all of our belongings were there. The very next morning though, we got up to get our showers. I let the water run for 5 minutes and still did not have hot water. My husband called the front desk and was told to "Allow the water to run for 15 or 20 minutes to get warm". How ridiculous is that? Anyway, I did allow it to run for 30 minutes and never even got warm water. So I hurriedly took a shower, my husband then took a cold shower, and then my young daughter took a cold shower. Never with the slight chance of it getting warm. And how earth friendly is it if all of the rooms have to run tho water for "15 to 20 minutes" to allow it to get warm. The stay here was absolutely horri

Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast items must stay in dining room. Good deal for the price; very friendly & helpful staff.

We like the price and location. Plastic sheets! We use to really like this place but now they have put some kind of plastic under the sheets to protect the bed and I burned up and spent the night in a pool of my own sweat! Really a poor night's sleep now, too bad. Prime location, ok price, poor sleep. Never again!

Comfortable bed, roomy room, super clean. When going on line I always end up with upstairs room. It is ok for 1 night stay but I have a problem with stairs. Excellent location, easy in, easy out. Did not eat breakfast there, had to be elsewhere, but it is a super excellent place to stay.

Rooms were nice and swimming pool was great. Bed was very hard, not too comfortable. I had a nice stay here. The room, and more importantly, the bed linens, was clean. The swimming pool was great for children and adults. However, the bed was very hard and the pillows were lacking in the fluffiness department. Staff was very friendly but sometimes hard to understand. Overall though, nice stay and I will probably be returning in the future.

Clean, quiet and convenient. The bed was very hard. For the money this was a nice hotel to stay at. I would stay there again.
