Staff wasvery friendly and helpful. No complaints. Staff wasvery friendly, very clean, pool depth was perfect for my granddaughter who was 5 years old.

Wasn't expecting much at such a good price, but was very pleased with my stay. Front office staff was friendly and helpful (with free cookies offered), room was large and clean, and a free buffet breakfast was offered from 6:00am to 9:00am next morning. Would highly recommend.

After spending a long day at Holiday World with 3 cranky kids, the last thing I wanted to do was take a tour of Jasper, Indiana at 10:30pm. But that is exactly what I did trying to find the hotel. The directions from Google were horrible and the Days Inn Website directions weren't much help either. I even had to stop and ask for directions from a local and those directions were confusing. I ended up on the wrong side of town and had to zig-zig my way back. Overall, the hotel was okay. Our room did have two entrances, which was nice. One to the parking lot and one to the hallway. Unloading/loading to and from the parking lot was made easier with this feature. The price listed in the room was /night and there is no way that I would ever pay that for this room. Luckily the travel website cut me a nice break. The two queen beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The Continental Breakfast was lacking with donuts and muffins.

Large room, free breakfast. Hard to find in this city by the directions and map provided by the website. I was traveling with my 91 year grandmother, the staff was very helpful with her. Thank you.

We needed a simple, comfortable, clean room near Jasper. This fit our needs. We were suprised how comfortable the pillows were. The room was clean. We enjoyed the small refridgerator and that the windows opened for fresh air. Hotel was quiet and restful. This was a furniture buying trip to Jasper with my mother and husband. We were all pleased with our room. The pool was small but secured by lock and very clean. Putt-put green was a fun surprise. Breakfast was the "cheapo" "contenental breakfast" the dining area was very clean, but the selection was all sugar and carbs. Apples and bananas were the fresh fruit. Breakfast won't sway you to stay here. Night desk staff was very nice and helpful with ideas of local festivals and directions. If I visit Jasper again, I would consider this hotel again. Restful--good value

The room was clean, bed comfy, and in general good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have some problems with the hotel, our air-conditioner went out in the middle of the night and we needed to switch to another room, however the staff was able to switch us to another room quickly and were apologetic for the inconvenience. The hotel has a pool, kids playground, and three hole putting course. Some people may want to know that the hotel is located directly across the street from the county correctional center and some rooms have outside entrances.

My family, which includes 3 children, had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us and the hotel was very clean. We will be staying there next year for our family weekend getaway.

Easy to find. Room smelled of cigaretts even though it was a non-smoking room. Hotel is older. Strange layout with 2 exit doors, one to main hallway the other to exterior of building. My non-smoking room smelled of cigaretts.

Problems from start to finish. Management almost went out of their way to not help. Housekeeping, pool, and continental breakfast were the only things that were up to snuff. Very disappointing for a hotel that has won so many awards.

Quiet location. Liked having the fridge and microwave. Didn't seem to have a close restaurant. Overall, my husband and I liked staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel was in a quiet location. We will definitely stay here again.

Well we have been here a few times. Everytime it has been nice. Always clean the room pool you name it. They are friendly and you feel comfortable. Although if you dont get there right when B is served then it is gone. I would tell anyone to come here.

Conveniently located in town, friendly staff that knew the town and recommended places. The fresh baked cookies were yummy and nearby had a Riverwalk. Breakfast could use fresh fruit and fresh pastries - a little skimpy on the food selection. Conveniently located in Jasper, with a scenic river walk available for a romantic walk or exercise program. Rooms were modestly furnished. Large outside pool for family fun.

Located between Holiday World and French Lick 30 minutes. Hotel restaurant was closed for remodeling. Do not listen to other reviews. The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were recently remodeled. The breakfast was great. The hotel employees were very helpful in finding interesting places to eat. Being right next door to the movie theater is a major plus. Would stay here again if going to casino's in French Lick. 2 and 1/2 star hotel with a 4 star hotel employees.

When we said the first room smelled bad, they changed rooms for us quickly. The first room offered really smelled bad. Decent hotel for the money. The second room smelled ok, but had to go through the smoky section of the hotel to get there. They need to go smoke free.
