Days Inn Jamaica is around 10 mins away from JFK airport and they provide a complimentary shuttle service which is great! The actual hotel is located in an industrial park but it's really quiet. Not much to do around the area if you want to explore. The staff at the hotel are very helpful with check-in being fast. The room is small but cozy and the free Internet is a huge plus! I wouldn't recommend staying here for longer than a night just because there's really nothing around the area.

I stayed in this hotel overnight, before taking the flight back to my country. Hotel is located 10 minutes away from JFK. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport every hour (pickup is at the Federal Circle stop of the JFK Airtrain). Surroundings are not pretty nice, but the hotel is good. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are pretty small, but tidy and clean. Good value if you need just to spend one night near the airport.

in the other hotels i have stayed in, there has never been a problem with space to hold luggage if i had to check out before my time to leave for the airport. this stressed me out as i had a long lay over in new york.

The check-in staff was all excellent and the room was fine. Breakfast person was very courteous. Shuttle was prompt and had good & courteous driver. The major problem was the price. I was booking at the last minute through a travel agent -- no Internet access. A high * with tax was the tariff. It would have been a lot cheaper though online travel website a couple weeks earlier.

It was a hotel that suited our needs: it was close to the airport, clean and it was quiet enough to sleep. However, if you want to go to Manhattan, it is way too far. Due to the bad location, for me it is overpriced.

I am pleased by how I was welcomed and treated, it felt special. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Breakfast made my day even better. Keep up the good work.

Days Inn Jamaica - I wouldn't stay here for more than a night or two - just because there isn't a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. I only stayed here because it was better than staying at the airport for 16 hours. Worth the money, considering the distance from the airport. Free shuttle to and from the hotel was super, but lack of eateries was annoying. They do provide you with a few menus from places that deliver to the hotel.

Location to JFK very close and acssesable via free shuttle bus, but remember if you get a Taxi from JFK stress to the driver "Jamica COURT" not Jamica AVANUE" as first lift took us into queens before relising error. Overall good, clean and easy place to get head down after long flight before traveling again. Breakfast room is very cramed and tight so dont exspect luxury.

The hotel is located next to the city parking for garbage trucks. The room smelled of urine and the careting was worn out. The window faced a small alley. I refused to stay there but they would not reimburse me any money because I booked through x. I had to take the loss because the place was filfthy and smelled.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and didn't have the opportunity of combing the area, however the hotel was very family friendly and the employees were pleasant.

Nothing, not dirty. Wet carpet, mildew. I was luckily able to transfer my room to a higher floor. Basement was wet. Staff was unaccommodating.
