I would never return to this hotel. They afford to false advertise the services that they offer- that means "they have no beach or mall shuttle" as they clearly state in this internet offer, one of the shuttle drivers was very rude and almost demanding a tip for his lack of service quality and lack of politeness, we were told we must pay our room although it had already been paid through the internet in advance. Staff is okay and our room was clean and nice. However, one needs lots of nerves!

The hotel was just a place to sleep. The club underneath was quite busy, but no trouble there. The lobby smelled of a dirty wet carpet, but the room was fine.

Stayed here in 3/09 and woke up in the morning with a cockroach the size of a quarter near the ceiling above the bed!! Told them and they did not seem at all surprised! They didn't even say they were sorry.

It may be cheap, but there are much better hotels nearby for only a little more - we stayed at Embassy Suites and it was well worth the extra.Breakfast was overpriced and served in a windowless, icy room that smelt of vomit. In the evening it is a night club!The only 'plus' is a free shuttle to the cruise terminal, but a taxi to the local mall (Dolphin) is 25 each way whereas from other hotels it is a 5 roiund trip on the mall shuttle.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a long walk from the lobby to the elevator. The Days Inn Miami Airport is fine for an overnight stop-over between a late night arrival and an early morning departure, but the location and facilities would not have been ideal for a longer stay. The shuttle to the airport terminals was on time and free.

I won't go back!!! The windows were painted shut - in complete violation of building codes. Staff pretended to go looking for room where window wasn't painted shut. Couldn't find one. The dining room/bar was weird. Nobody seemed to know what was on the menu or even what kind of pizza they had. The bar/dining room was large but there couldn't have been more than six people in the entire place. Should tell a person something, I suppose. We ordered pizza delivered. Not bad/not great. Directions they gave me to the rental car drop off were terrible. We were lost for 30 minutes before we got it straight. Airport signage in Miami is terrible!!!! Don't care if I ever go back. Our destination - Key Largo - on the other hand was wonderful.

Some of the staff members at the front desk were very nice and helpful but the one that we dealt with in the morning of the 5th was mean and rude.

Nothing within walking distance, bad location, room smelled bad. Our room smelled bad and at night the restaurant turned into a night club which brought a lot of loud and drunk people into the hotel lobby and parking lot.

We stayed here one night following a cruise (flew home the next morning). We arrived before the posted check-in time, and the restaurant was not open yet, so the desk clerk offered to have the van driver take us to a nearby fast-food restaurant to get something to eat and pass the time until our rooms were ready.The place is obviously fairly old, but was VERY clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the pool is very nice. We had a light supper in the attached restaurant. It was a little more pricey than we expected (84 for 6 people, 2 of whom only had soup), but the food was good and the service was great.We had to catch an 8:00 flight the next morning. The desk clerk said the van would make runs to the airport every 30 minutes beginning at 5:00am, and he was right on time to take us at 6:00.

The price couldn't be beat and the staff was very nice(especially Carlos the shuttle driver). However, be aware that you are MILES AWAY from South Beach and cab fare was $40 each way to go there. The only thing relatively close was Dolphin Mall which was still $15 each way. The room was very comfortable(we had King Smoking) and all amenities were fine. If you need a quick, cheap stay in Miami w/o looking to go anywhere but the Port or Airport, I highly recommend it!

That it was close to the interstate/freeway. Staff wasnot friendly, rooms to hot and smoky. Close to the interstate/freeway. Shuttle to the port of Miami. Restaurant on site.

Our a/c didn't work,got another room, dirty (makeup bag under bed, dirty tissues on floor in bath,etc.)the parking lot is rented out at night to a club, so you have drunks in your lot at night. Bad area.

not happy with the cont breakfast they offered it was junk food 6.00 a person its only bagels ,and misc items that i dont consider for breakfast the room was very clean and roomy there was no restaurants close we had to walk about 6 blocks or more to a burger king had to take a taxi everywhere very high

Its location. Staff did not want to make good on their advertised adds. Internet advertise promised complimentary shuttle to the port, but staff insisted that we had to pay for this service. Lucky for me, I printed a copy of the internet add, and they let me go for free, but other guests around me that did not have the printed page, had to pay for the shuttle. This is not good for business.

Are you kidding me? This place was a joke. We arrived early but did not get into our room for hours. It smells like crank, dirty towels on floor, bad air conditioning, disgusting overall. To say the walls are paper thin would over flatter the situation. If a person in the next room took a step it was amplified, nevertheless coughing or the television. Ants were crawling all over the floor. For 75 dollars, it was a ripoff. Stay at a four or three star for another 20 bucks. This is disgusting! I'm stuck in the room for another 24 hours, take it from me!

called from airport for pick up - came right away - was able to rent a car right on premise desk clerk allowed us a room as soon as one was available, since we arrived earlier - very friendly, informative staff - area provided quite a variety of restaurants and shopping to suit our needs - hotel very clean -only negatives were - pool was under construction and restaurant wasn't open until later than we would have liked

Front desk person was attentive and efficient. Sheets and towels were clean. Carpet in the room was not clean. Even though right next to the interstate, the noise was not bad, especially with the AC on. The room door slams very loudly and you can hear other people's through out the night.
