Although it looked clean, by the morning, the smell of the room and the linens began to sicken me and my friend. We couldn't wait to exit the room and leave to escape the odor.

The hotel staff was wonderful, friendly, and attentive.

The staff was exceptional. From checkin to checkout real nice stay. Very nice free breakfast. Good location near shopping and docks to the islands.Lots of good resteraunts nearby.

Great place. We were staying for 5 days. They changed our room so we did not have to climb stairs with our luggage. Coffee always available. Great breakfast. Lots of brochures to find anything to do, Only wish they had a way to catch the ferries to the islands. Parking fees are 17.00.

Hotel noisy times, staff very courteous and professional location very convenient. Contintental breakfast was great.

Convenient location, and free internet. The toilet was clogged, and it overflowed a couple of times, even after plunging. This hotel was okay, and it met my expectations. It was clean and conveniently located. However, our room had a toilet that overflowed twice, even after calling for a plunger. The beds were just okay. They were a bit old, and they sunk in the middle. For my purpose of needing a place to sleep for the night, it was just fine.

Spent a long weekend in Cape Cod. We found this property conveniently located, clean and with a very friendly, very helpful staff.

My wife and I went to Cape Cod for our anniversary, and the staff at the hotel was very helpful. The main thing I appreciated was they gave us various locations for dinner options, and then made reservations for us at the desired restaurant. Overall a very friendly atmosphere, and the next time we go out to Cape Cod, I would likely use this hotel.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, all the necessary amenities - indoor pool, whirlpool, basic fitness equipment, and a simple breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful which made the stay very enjoyable. Hyannis is centrally located and the ferries to Nantucket/ Martha's depart from a mile 's distance of the hotel. We also drove to Province town and went whale watching from there. People in the hotel were able to provide some useful information regarding the planning around Cape Cod. Weather was mostly cloudy and/or rainy this time of the year( June 09), so it will help to check the weather or save plans to Cape Cod for the summer.

Location, cleaniless, and friendliness. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in.I have stayed at a days inn before but never remember the beds being that uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the wireless did not work and the fitness center only had three machines - two of which were not working properly and it was tiny. Room had a lot of wear to it and was not that clean. The beds were kind of concave and not comfortable! I think this hotel is completely fine if you just need an easy place to crash for the night. But I traveled for business and was put out by not being able to do work and get in some exercise after driving all day!

Friendly helpful staff, great location, clean rooms and nice indoor pool. Exercise room could use updating and better equipment .I will stay here again on my next trip to Cape Cod.

The staff was extremly helpful and friendly. The gave us lots of very good recommendations for restaurants and trips. We also liked the continental breakfast. But ask for a room to the back-side. The front-side faces the street and might be a little noisy at night.

Great Place to stay with family. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was better than expected and the whole family really enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a big hit. We will definitely return to this hotel!

For 75 bucks a night, it was a very good stay. We had a microwave and fridge which helped, the front desk staff was very friendly. We didnt use the pool or the fitness center but there were a fair amount of guests heading in and out of the pool it so it must have been nice. The location is perfect if you are looking to dine out, shop around, or head to Craigville Beach. Other than that there is not much around to do in a 10 mile radius.

Nice people work there. They keep one swimming pool open at a time. Nice place, better than 11 other similar star level place I stayed in the last 3 years. Stayed there 6 nights and would go back there again. I always leave do not enter/disturb sign at the door, this is the first hotel left towels in a plastic bag at the door (and they did not enter) when I was not there.

The room was nice, hotel staff was very nice, GREAT to have the mall and great restaurants so close.

The staff was exceptional. No elevator. Pretty plain hotel, but the staff was charming and extremely helpful.
