The Days Inn in Williamsburg, Iowa was a great deal for money, and cheaper than most other comparable hotels in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a/c and heat. The vanity only had one sink, but was extra long so two people could comfortably get ready at the same time. There was a provided hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Everything seemed to be pretty new and in good working order. The hotel seems to have been an outdoor access motel in the past, but they've since added halls along the outer edges to enclose the rooms for a safer environment. One hall we walked through seemed to have a problem with the heat... in the middle of July, the heaters were blasting, and the hall was well over 100 degrees. Other tennants said that the rooms in that hall were still temperate, though. Only problem I encountered was the wireless internet dropping out during our second night. It was an inconvenience, but wasn't worth complaining about. I imagine it was only temporary... the first night the signal was very strong in my room and I had no problems. The pool was nice, and not too shallow. It went from about 3' to just under 5' deep. It was a little on the chilly side, though, and took several minutes to acclamate to. Overall - a very very nice hotel, for a reasonable price!

I guess that does it. The soap, smells like old tea bags, no butter, donuts old. The clerk had an attitude.

The beds were comfortable. It did not have a hot tub. Hard to get too as far as not very well lit up for entering and cold in the hallways and the breakfast left a little to be desired.

When we saw it, we did not stay. Tried to cancel in person but they wouldn't do it. Cancelled online. The hotel was not very clean and had very poor public facilities. It was very cramped and the staff wasn't very friendly. It was creepy. We didn't stay.

Close to the interstate highway. Bathroom looked like someone needed to learn repair skills. The front desk clerk was grumpy. We had to ask for a third towel (3 in party) was grumpy to my daughter. Box springs were torn. Was fairly clean room, but someone really needed to learn how to do caulking repairs or hire someone to do it!
