The hotel location was near the lake, but there was no view. But, it was convenient to other places. The room was satisfactory with all the amenities we wanted. however, there was no remote control to the tv. We had to get up to change the channel. I would stay there again if on a budget.

It a good place to stay an I will be back there. NA. If you want a good place to stay then check it out. It is right down town.

We reserved our room with a credit card and paid cash to check out and were still billed for our short stay from Little Rock, AR. Lesson learned!

when we first entered the no smoking room we noted a cigar butt in an ashtray. we had no housekeeping during the two days, no bed made, now towels etc. when i requested towels i had to wait until 10;30pm amd was told to come to office to get them, they had no washcloths. sheets on bed were so worn that they would not stay on mattress, we slept mostly on the mattress both nights. also the coffee pot leaked so we got no coffee but rather a mess to clean up.

Everything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stepped in the room looked around and left and went and found another hotel. I went and told the people how bad it was and they acted like this happens often. Looks like Days Inn would do something about it, I know I will not stay at another Days Inn for this experience.

We stayed here for a staycation ove Labor Day weekend and I paid cash and was charged again on my credit card for our stay. Hot tub outside was too hot to get in. Fridge was frozen up. And so much for saving money.

At check in the clerk never smiled. The second day the maid took the towels and I had to go the office for replacements. The bed was made after 6:00 pm. We asked for a wakeup call and never received one. Other than the staff the hotel was in fair condition for it's age. The location was very good for us, next to the lake and very close to the hiway.

Location. Again, I have been a GM at Hotels and I would never let guest stay in a room this dirty, the sheets did not fit the bed so we slept on a bed with sheets coming off all night. The outside balcony was so bad, it had spider webs and all kind of spiders. The staff was not very friendly and I think the housekeepers needs to be replaced or taught how to clean a room and how to put the right size sheets on the bed. I would like to see changes and our money back or something. We like the location it is a good for what we need when visiting.

I have a few comments I would like to share:(1) Check-in was pleasant, the outdoor appearance of the hotel is satisfactory; (2) The room had a horrible smell that reminded me of my 90 year old aunt's home; (3) the sheets were stained and had hairs embedded in them; and (4) I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by hotel staff. 10 minutes before check out (atomic time) I was ordered to open my hotel room door and leave it open and rudely asked if I was staying another night. Last time I checked, check out is at 11am, not 10:50. Wow, I thought. I was one of 3 cars in the parking lot, they must have been in a really big hurry to get the rooms ready for 3 more dissatisfied customers. If I had it to do all over again I would have chosen elsewhere.

The Days Inn Hamilton Resort is located in a great area.It is only minutes away from shopping and dining. The hotel needs a little maintenance around the grounds and swimming pool area(a lot of spider webs). Upon first entering the room, it smelled like it had been closed up for a while.A trip to Wal-Mart for some Febreze took care of that.It has the potential to become a really great hotel.

Excellent location and the price is right. The breakfast was very limited and rolls were stale. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

I travel 20 weeks out of the year for business, so I am fairly familiar with the way hotels should work. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are several other options in the area worth looking into; I am merely trying to save you some stress on your much-needed vacations.

This hotel was just okay. We had to stay in a smoking section which was not great. The room was pretty clean when we got there but the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. (Fresh towels were left)

View of the lake. It was very dirty and the maids only made beds and new towels. And they never knock before entering. The only good thing was that it was quiet. It is fairly run down. Found hairs in tub, sheets and sink. Floor around toilet was grimey. Drawers were dusty with bugs. Numerous spiders. Sheets were to small and kept coming off while sleeping or sitting on bed. Requested bed for baby in advance and were not supplied one for two days. When it was available(and were told to come and get it) there was not a sheet for it so we had to use one from bed. Then was at first refused to replace the one on bed, so we slept with only a blanket for 2 nights. They never vacuumed or cleaned even the toilet while we were there. And I wonder if they do between clients. And in the mornings when they came to deliver towels(that were stained with ever color known in the rainbow)They just use their key and waltzed right in with out a knock. I don't know what the qualification are to be able to call yourself a RESORT, but in my opinion this one is far from it.

The hotel was in severe disrepair, I am still awaiting resolution for my many problems there which included, the card reader on my door being replaced twice after locking me out at night 4 times; the air conditioner temperature control knob spun free, so we either had full blast icebox, or not at all; blankets had burn holes in them - in a non-smoking room!; the tv cable had no connector end, so everytime we changed the tv angle, the cable fell out and we had to try to jam it back in; the hot tub didn't work; no lake access.. all in all, a total nightmare which I am still dealing with- Days Inn corporate is trying to allow the property franchisee to handle my case, but it's not looking good.

View from entrance as we drove in and first walked in the door seemed nice. Dirty stained sheets! mattress pad, bugs in bed, bath; musty moldy a/c covered by strong scent wore off by am, turned off air to breathe, 90*day. First I would like to mention that we are Christians and very laid back people that are pumped up from just leaving a motivational preaching about mid. 6/06 Though things trigger our allergies, we overlooked the strong perfume scent as we opened the door, the stained dirty sheets, and pad; I settled for picking up the only two sheets they had at the office to replace them (both flat), the June bug in the bed, spider in the shower, small bugs in the sink, and the musty, moldy a/c unit made for a miserable nights stay. They said they had no other room to move us into. In the am on a 95*day, we turned our air off just so we could breathe. We were only thankful to have a place to lay our head so late. But to top it off, we had to pay full price $97 for this room, as we canceled our second night because of the obvious reasons. As soon as we got up-didn't even get to check out the pool or lake; only to spend more of our "relaxing weekend getaway" searching for another motel where we paid $119 happily for a clean room. I tried to call the manager to see about our money back, or at least a large portion discount. They advertise a portion of your stay will be refunded. The manager was no where around. Hopefully this motel will give me credit on my card Room 216 on 6/9/06, to make things right, and make corrections because it has potential with the right plan. As for my friends and family, we will never go back until then.

The main problem was that the door of my room would not close properly. The other problem was that the maids did not clean the room every day as well as it should have been cleaned.

The Days Inn-Lake Hamilton was a pleasent surprise for me and my son. The location was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accomadating and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay at this property the next time I visit Hot Springs.I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were nice and clean. The door was broken and kicked in and the bathroom door knob was broken. This hotel, was a OK, but not worth the $83.00 I paid for it. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in and would not shut properly and the door knob to the bathroom had came off. The staff seemed to be pleasant. May be if our room was nicer I would recommend it to someone else.
