Uncomfortable bed, not a very good morning breakfast. Definitely only a 2-star quality hotel. Overall the hotel room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable and the continental breakfast was skimpy.

Stayed 2 days over Thanksgiving, no hot water either morning. Room in need of repairs. Would not stay here again.

The hotel room was very large and very clean. It is a good deal for the money. The front desk staff wasn't exceptionally helpful or friendly, but there is a good visitor's information center in town. The hotel is in a good part of town so the outside door entrances didn't bother us like they would in a larger city. My girls swam in the pool which was very clean, but we about died from the over cholorination. The breakfast was decent and not too bad for "free". We were surprised that there was even a microwave and small refridgerator. The airconditioner worked very well and the showers were very hot. I hope this helps. We reviewed the comments placed here before booking this room.

My husband and I had a large clean room, for half the price we had paid at an older rundown establishment. True, the staff wasn't overly friendly, but they weren't rude. The complimentary breakfast wasn't as fresh as I like. It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room, but ice was available in the lobby.

Both of the desk clerks were nice. Thin bed sheets and towels, seemed like they were from the 70's. Old thin sheets and towels, the cheapest bagels and dough nuts they could buy. Bathroom had hair on the floor when we checked in late that night, my husband would not let me go down stairs to complain.

Our stay here was very pleasant. We got checked in very quickly. The room was clean and quiet. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast had cereal, toast, donuts, juice and coffee. It would be nice to have waffles or other hot items, but it was better than many 'budget hotels'. The price was quite good and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. I would definitely consider this hotel when we come through this way again.

Our room was large and very clean. It had nice furnishings and a good bed. The office staff was friendly and the cont. breakfast was ok. We will return, the next time we are in the area.

The pool/hot tub were pretty nice but the room was very steamy. The bed was hard, the carpet needs cleaning, the shower curtain rod was almost off the wall so the shower curtain would not stay shut. This would not be a hotel I would return to stay again. It was in ill repair.

Front desk help was not friendly at all. Handicapped room still had bathtub so was useless. Breakfast choices were not very fresh. Spa closed for repairs. Would not stay here again.

The jacuzzi. Up stairs not very convenient. Hotel is ok. My room was clean and so was the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was good after a long drive.

Clean rooms. The hot water didn't work, staff was rude and not helpful. The room was very clean, however the hotwater was unreliable. The staff was not very considerate and really didn't care to hear about the water situation. The pool was not available to swim in until later in the afternoon. Due to the new pool times families were not able to enjoy the heated pool. The staff didn't seem to care. We stayed for several days and were not satisfied with this hotel.

Everything. Dirty, damaged, the room and linens were dungy, the door had been busted open it still had the remnant of a broken frame. The walls were dirty, with the paper was falling off. The bathroom facilities were similar to an outdoor shower. I called to see if you could transfer me and guess what. I was greeted with a gal that would just repeat the same phrase over and over. I am not happy with you. I understand procedures but you need to honor your customers. I will never use you again for hotel.

Location was good. Internet access was not working; not clean; lobby smelled. The worst I've ever stayed at. Internet didn't work. Not clean. Sewer smell in the lobby and outside.

Convenience to destination, near freeway. Unfriendly staff, had to put own iron/board, room smelled of varnish, no elevators The hotel location is suitable for quick access and exit, the overall environment was clean and attractive, the front staff was not friendly, there are no elevators and it was difficult to carry all luggage and toddler to room, had to make several trips, the internet was down for over a week, no wi-fi was a disappointment, room was clean and spacious but smelled of varnish,I stayed there anyways, since no bottom rooms were available according to the front desk.

They had a continental breakfast, cleaning crew was friendly. Dirty, rundown, wallpaper peeling, toilet didn't work, bathtub drain didn't drain, carpet in lobby was dirty. When we arrived, we noticed that the lobby carpet had not been vacuumed. Our room was disappointing. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush well and the shower took about 15 minutes to drain. The cleaning staff was friendly, although the front desk lady was rather grouchy. We would not choose to stay there again.

It had a roof. Rude, dangerous, dirty, uncomfortable. The lobby and pool were under repair, the general facilities were under some so of repair. The 2nd floor was only available via stairs through the lobby. Down the street were several hotels that I would have chosen as 4 stars. In addition to a uncomfortable room our car was broken into and over 1000k worth of electronics were stolen. The police were helpful and agreed to tell me they had been there several time before.
