Location in relation to the town is great. Quiet but still within walking distance. Room did smell a little funny. Not bad, just not good. Great stay for the money, I would stay here again. The man at the font desk was helpful.

when I was booking my room,I read reviews on this Motel that wasn't very good.But decided to try it anyway. My experience here was very satisfactory.Rooms were clean.Staff was very nice.I will definitely stay here again,

I can not believe the amount of money they charge you to stay here and how disgusting the rooms are. I was afriad to sit down because I was afriad a cockroach would crawl down my shirt. I had to unpack my bags outside when I got home, so my house would not get infested with cockroaches. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE FOR A NICE TRIP, BECAUSE IT WON'T HAPPEN.

Was very clean. Had no snack machine but fared ok. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good, wasn't bunch of junk food was healthy things, it was very nice place.

First room was filthy, wall, floor, door dirty, lamp didn't have bulb. Smelled musty, terrible. Second room was just as filthy and had quarter-sized fuzzy mold on shower curtain, toilet didn't work. Couldn't stay there because it was disgusting and could not have been healthy. Left within an hour (went to Country Inns next door which was great and cheaper) after being offered two rooms that were equally disgusting. Desk clerk and District Manager were rude and refused to give us a refund. We are fighting this. This place is not healthy and should be closed down.

It was close to all the store's. NA. Every thing was very nice and I would recommend it to all my friends.

Room was not ready at check in and still was not ready an hour and a half pasted time promised. Barking dogs in several rooms. Staff was nice but could not get a room ready for us. We requested a refund and we went to different hotel.

The front desk man was nice. It was dirty. This hotel is located very conveniently in Helen near the main strip, but the room was less that I expected. The first thing I noticed was that there were fruit flies living in the sink/coffee maker area and they did not go away during our stay. The room was in the back of the hotel and usually pretty quiet at night time which was nice, but it was also very humid all the time and had a moldy smell to it. They also really need to invest in some new mattresses! One thing that I can say was good was the front desk man. He was very friendly and polite!

This place was great for a place that me and my friends crashed due to a rained out camping trip. Guys just are not that picky about room cleanliness. But, If I brought my wife, that would be a different story.

First room not clean and was given another room immediately that was nice. Had a slight problem with gnats, housekeeping did not speak very good English. The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Since my wife prefers to clean the room herself, except for replacing towels, housekeeping did not have much to do. It would have been nice if the pool had been open, but it wasn't clean. We would stay there again.

Location and front desk person. The bathroom was filthy & It had gnats flying around. It was ok for the price & our short stay. We needed a microwave & a refrigerator. I wouldn't stay there on an extended vacation.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Poorly maintained bathroom, dirty floors baseboards and walls. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to most of the town attractions and dining. Good for a very basic no frills one night stay.

"Says under new mgmt - that was a joke! The same man runnign fromt desk at check-in was also the hotel's maid. Bugs in room - dead & alive - moldy smell, numerous hairs in bed & in shower area, also on the sink top when we checked in. Pool needed major attention, attendant at front desk wore same clothing 2 days in a row. Lots of beer, pets, & marijuana smoke smell! Go elsewhere! It is horrible& gross!"

Clerk was friendly. Faucet dripped all night, room smelled like cigarettes. I am not interested in staying at this hotel again. I hope you have better hotels than this.

Our room was so moldy smelling I had to sleep with the sheet over my head to breathe. Got sick the next day. This place should be closed down for health reasons.
