A few friends and I stayed here for a Red Wings game a couple of days ago. The first thing we noticed was that it was very easy to find. It's right off the interstate and you see it as soon as you get on the exit. The service was very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. We had asked for a cot multiple times though, and they were not able to produce one for us. The hotel seemed pretty empty though so I don't know why they couldn't. Our room was on the 7th floor. We took the elevator, which was very slow and very dirty. There actually are no stairs that you can use. There are two elevators, but only one of them works. So this could be a hazard if there were a fire. The room was clean. Outside of the room on the floor was a perfect burn mark from an iron that was left on. The tv was supposed to have satellite tv & free HBO, but only went up to channel 21, with only 12 or so working channels. Continental breakfast was VERY slim. Toaster waffles, 2 kinds of cereal, danishes, fruit, and juice. The balcony off of our room was nice, but I wouldn't suggest leaning on the railing. There is an outdoor pool at this hotel, but of course not in use during winter in Detroit. There was no fan in the bathroom, so everything got all foggy after a shower. The shower also made a loud squealing noise when the cold water was turned on. The coffee maker would only make one cup of coffee a time. Overall this was a decent stay, but there is some improvement needed. It's good for the price.

I STAYED AT YOUR HOTEL FROM SUNDAY MORNING, (ACTUALLY ALREADY MONDAY 2.28 AM) AND ALL YOUR FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES TREATED ME VERY NICE FROM THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN ON EARLY MONDAY, TO ALL THE NICE LADIES IN THE DAY TIME, IN THE 3 DAYS THEY WERE ALWAYS READY TO HELP ME AND GUIDE ON ANY QUESTIONS I HAD, IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE, WHICH I ENJOYED.
