The Inn looked a little run down. My room appeared to have very old furniture. The bed was hard a rock, The pillows were clumpy and uncomfortable. Maintenance of the room appeared to be repaired very poorly. You can see that there was previous damage to the room in the bathroom ceiling and tub fixtures were very run down. The minifridge was not working properly I will not recommend any of my clients or colleauges to this inn unless repairs and remodel has been updated. Also...The continental Breakfast was only served until 9am. Most places are until 10am.

It had free cable, and a wi-fi lobby to work in. It had a very small bathroom, and the room smelled really bad, and the parking lot is too small . Well, it was alright for a one night stay but not longer than that. I don't recommend it as a vacationing motel. The parking lot is so very small so make sure to park before it gets dark. In the morning I would recommend eating at McDonald's, the continental breakfast lacks a selection. It isn't a diet friendly breakfast. It was alright but I would have liked it to have been a little nicer.

We stayed here on our way to the Outerbanks. Very bad location.... Had to call the front desk at 1:30 am because of loud commotion going on outside of our room - we had our dog with us and she started barking so the people in the hall started banging on our door to make her bark even more. Front desk did send security up but you shouldn't have to do that. Breakfast was ok. Would not stay here again....

The continental breakfast was not that bad. The hallways smelled like an ashtray. The rooms not very clean. It would be a good place if they would clean it up hire more professional and friendly staff and make it more pleasant it was a very depressing experience.

The faucet fell off the shower and a bulb was burned out, but both were fixed as soon as we let the front desk know. Everything had seen better days, but the bed was awful. It was like a see-saw, sit down on one edge and the other side goes up. At first we thought the condition of the room was ok considering the bargain price and how helpful everyone there was, but it was impossible to get comfortable. Maybe some rooms have better mattresses, but I won't take the chance again.

This was my first visit to the hotel. I have traveled a lot in the past and this was an average hotel. Nothing special. It could use a face lift. The staff was o.k. It probably would be o.k. for a night but two or three nights is not recommended.

Nearby stores and access to the immediate freeways to downtown. The location to approach required a U turn at a light that took a long time. I liked the continental breakfast and the seating arrangements in the lobby area. I had access to the computer to conduct business.

No hot water, the drink and ice machines all broken on 4 of the 5 floors, carpet flooded, no radio/alarm clock,no phone info plate on phones

This Days Inns seem to be on it last days. The room was cold and it took a long time for the shower to get hot water. The room air conditioner and heater only turn on and one could not adjust the temp. The beds were too soft and sagging in the middle. The door to the room had to be push open and closed with force. All in all it was one of the worst hotels that I and my family have ever stayed in.

It was close to shopping areas and food. The place was a dump with little parking. The decor was old. The property was unclean and the parking was dismal.

Stayed for a few days, city shut down due to threat of snow - thankfully the hotel is within walking distance to a good mall, other restaurants are a short drive, safe area, the room was good, staff is friendly, only negatives are that the parking is uphill unless you get one of the few spots out front. Also, the lounge is a joke (a glorified closet with some stools). Would stay again, though.

Little did we know that this Days Inn would be the stop over for the bikers going to biker Week at the beach. They were a little noisy but after about midnight things settled down and we got a good nights sleep.

Good mattress. Bathroom floor dirty around tub. Okay, except dirty bathroom floor.

The room was adequate. The bathroom cleanliness was ok, the bed was firm. The carpet was stained in numerous places which made the room feel dirty. There was a desk and a chair and the light bulbs were not all functioning. I have been to better days Inns

This hotel is ideal for economy level of lodging. It is located minutes away from hospitals, universities and tourist attractions. However, the staff may not always thoroughly clean their rooms. If you are a clean freak, this may not be the hotel for you.

Nice lady serving breakfast food. Place was filthy in corners and edges, hallways were smoky outside n/s rooms. Very responsive staff but facility needs basic cleaning; edges of sill and corners of bathrooms, switch plates, edges of towel racks, vent fans, etc. Have not been cleaned in years. Hallways to non-smoking rooms were so smoke-filled my lungs itched however non-smoking room had fresh air. At least they moved us to first floor room with no smoke in the hallway and no tears in the wallpaper-walls. Housekeeping crew needs to take cleaning 101 or is very overworked. Good clean linens, good bed.

Clean, easy to find and affordable. Across the road from a hospital (sirens, though not bad) A basic, reasonably well-maintained hotel that is convenient and a good stay for the money. Across the street from a hospital, but siren activity was minimal (and conveniently located for patient relatives, friends, etc.).

The room was small compared to most others. The room was ok.
