Convenient location. Overall, cleanliness was lacking and the hotel clerk upon check-in was rude and very unkempt.

Quick one night stay in Hagerstown. No problem getting Ironing boards and irons etc. Very inexpensive

If you like getting rained on (even though it wasn't raining) while you go to the toilet, then this is the place for you. Water poured from the fan fixture above the commode inexplicably since we were on the top floor and, like I said, it wasn't raining. Go figure. I only know that we were not compensated in any way for our gross inconvenience (you couldn't use the bathroom after you were dressed or you would get your clothing wet and soiled). I would definitely never stay there again.

The Days Inn Hagerstown was very cost effective, the room was comfortable and clean. I liked the fitness room and the fact that the parking lot and rooms were set back from the street. even though there were a number of families with multiple children, inside the room was very quiet. The location was very close to downtown, and also on Alt. Rt 40, just a minute from RT70.

Breakfast was good. Old looking, and poor quality. I would not choose this motel.

The one bedroom suit was excellent. It was a small apartment! Very clean and close to many restaurants just a few blocks away on Wilson Ave. Washington D.C. and the Mall were a short drive by car or a ride on the metro. The Virginian has a friendly staff ready to help. If you're a coffee drinker you might want to bring your own since it seem that all coffee shots near by close early. But the suite has its own coffee maker and a nice kitchen. If you want to eat in it would be no problem. I'd stay here again.

We checked out of this hotel before we had a chance to sleep here. The rooms were dirty and smelly. The entire hotel was gross and smelly. You definitely get what you pay for! Gross. Don't stay here. Go to the Marriott.

When I arrived at the hotel everything seemed fine. Check in was normal the lady behind the counter was very polite and curteous. Once we opened the door to our room, was when everything went downhill. The walls and carpet were dirty and you could see where things had been spilled and ran down the wallpaper. The baseboard in the bathroom was rotted, and to be honest I did not even want to sit on the toilet seat. I was just laying down when I seen something dart across the wall and then I seen it again, I got closer and there were two cockroaches about the size of paper clips crawling around. I managed to kill one but the other one got away. I quickly took down the dead cockroach to the front desk, and told the lady how unhappy and disgusted I was. She gladly gave me another room. As I opened the door to the next room, I was very hesitant on just going in and going to bed. I wanted to check the room over thoroughly, so I got a small flashlight out of my purse and started checking under everything. I didn't find any bugs but what I did find was a cigarette box filled with 3 cigarettes, 1 unfolded paperclip, and a makeshift crackpipe made out of a ratchet attachment. I looked around a little bit more and found tons of cigarette butts laying all over under the beds, and dressers. These rooms didnt even seemed to be cleaned at all. Upon checkout I was waiting at the desk for 10 minutes while the front desk lady was helping herself to the complimantary breakfast. She didnt ask how much stay was but I wished she had.

The lobby was attractive. The rooms are severely outdated and are in dire need of renovation.

Overall it was relaxing. The room was clean. The only problem we had was when we turned on the air they said it had not been started so it let out and funky smell from not being used but we moved and everything was fine.

The Days Inn at Hagerstown was well suited for my needs. I was able to visit the many sites in the area because the hotel was centrally located. Gettysburg was 45 minutes, Antietam 15 minutes and Washington D.C. was well with in driving distance (75 miles) on many major highways and Interstates. I was very much please with the hotel, its location and the Great breakfast served the each morning. The breakfast started my day off early enough 6:00 a.m.in a way I could get out ahead of the crowds to visit the many sites in this part of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington D.C. I really enjoyed my Trip.

The hotel was nice and really close to shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was in deteriorated condition (cracked sink) grungy looking flooring. the matresses were very uncomfortable (bumpy and hard, like an old worn out matress). There was a loud group of migrant workers staying in the building we were in and they were very noisy. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The bed was good. The toilet bowl was dirty, not enough suckets to plug my laptop, charger, sented oil. The room was cold and the heater was just blowing air and no heat at a certain point. With temperature at 11 degrees on March 2nd and 3rd, it was two long nights. There were only two sockets to plug the refrigerator, the microwave and the alarm clock radio. Constantly plugging and unplugging, then reseting the clock and the alarm. The toilet bowl was just nasty. I couldn't sit on it.

The cost was right. Exit to main road was difficult during rush hour. The cost was right. We were in the area for one night and everything was OK, not really great.

It was comfortable. Did not have toothpaste or mouthwash. The stay was really nice met all my needs accept the front desk did not have some of the tolietries that hotels usley have when you pack in a rush.

Price was right. I ce machine was empty at 7am, hallway carpet was dark. Hallway was well lit. I felt safe. It was worn but clean. Perfect for a quick overnight. I like that my car was outside my window.

Comfort and service at a great price. The entrance is confusing. Affordable lodging in a nice location with great amenities describes this Days Inn in Hagerstown. The continental breakfast saved us time and money and had we time we could have taken advantage of the exercise room - but we were too busy running to our convention activities. And, unlike our convention buddies, we had a better room and a better price - just for driving an extra mile. It was well worth the effort.
