We complained about the room being freezing cold because of air coming through heater, instead of fixing it they heater didn't work at all and the air was still blowing in. Service was horrible and they wouldn't give a discount because i booked through you instead of directly to them. They told me to contact you about getting a discount. I know that i would not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Hotel is close to the University and a variety of stores and restaurants. Hotel staff very nice and free breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. The price was right and I will go back and stay there.

Days Inn's signage is always very visible. We tried to find Days Inns wherever we went on our three and a half week holiday we took this summer. We appreciated this hotel's location (close to Columbia Mall). The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and they offer quality toilettries. The pool area was well maintained and temperature perfect. Good selection for continental breakfast, altho' fruit would have been a welcome addition in Grand Forks. In a busy season, seating here is a bit inadequate. For future bookings, we will choose Days Inn, absolutely

We were happy with our stay, It was clean and quiet even though it was full. The breakfast was good and it was nice they had someone at the breakfast area to help if you needed. NEEDS MORE PARKING!

Close to shopping & great breakfast. The smell of cigarette smoke was too much for my taste. Overall we enjoyed our stay. One bed was super comfortable the other kept whoever was in it up all night and had a sore back in the morning. (My daughter and I switched for the 2nd night)Although we had a non-smoking room we had to walk down the hall past rooms that allowed smoking. Being sensitive to smoke we were stuffy by the time we left and had slightly sore throats.

The Days Inn was fairly inexpensive, and this was reflected in the room size. It was quite small, especially the bathroom. The sink was actually outside the bathroom, in the main area of the room. There was also a lack of room for suitcases and purchases. The queen bed was not very comfortable (sagged in the middle) and the pillows were quite lumpy. However this being said, the room did have amenities such as a fridge, microwave and iron/ironing board. The shopping is very close by (the Columbia Mall is within walking distance), and there are good restaurants within driving distance. The hotel serves a decent continental breakfast (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice), and the staff are quite friendly. Pool area is adequate, with a small pool and hot tub.

Close to shopping. Front desk person was very knowledgeable. The front desk person did not know if we would be charged for toll free call which was listed in the hotel service guide. When we tried the number we were told we could not access it. Why have it in the hotel guide?

Room was clean, inviting and the bed was comfortable. Spa seemed a bit hot and ventilation in the pool area was stuffy. A motel worker came in and shut the windows. I personally thought it was a bit early to be shutting the windows when the pool was open until 11 PM. Breakfast was great with many foods available and the waffle was super!

Easy to find when coming into a strange city. The inroom facilities were very good. I did not find anything I did not like. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave, hairdryer and anything else you might need. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Good location for the price. Near shopping and close enough to the university. Breakfast lounge too small. My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the day¿s inn. Shopping was close by, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was courteous.

The pillows were awesome and they gave you four! I loved it! Front desk girl had no sense of humor. The hotel was good and clean, close to everything we were wanting. I love that they take pets next time I will bring mine. The pool area is small and loud. Should be an adults only time for us travelers to unwind with out kids there I left mine at home for a reason pool was warm, I love that!

Room decoration. Rooms were small, but probably fit the star rating. It fits with the economy star rating (I mean this in a positive way), it was clean, the person who checked us in was friendly, and pool was nice. The lady that helped us get another pillow was a little more challenging, but not a big deal. I understand what it is like to be a manager and how challenging it is to get your employees to remember that the guests are the ones making it possible for them to get paychecks.

The location and the staff were very good. Tape around the TV remote, cigarette burn in the blanket and not the clean. I was a bit disappointed as the web site claimed to have a fridge and microwave in each room and there were none in either of our 2 rooms. The TV remote was held together with scotch tape, the window screen was broken and although the bedding was clean, it was badly worn and had a large cigarette burn. The cleaning staff didn't replenish anything we had used in the room and overall the windows were filthy and the rooms could have been cleaner.
