Price and location. People on second floor flicked there ashes on the hood of my truck. Great to start out with but in my case I'd rather have a hotel with a kitchenette cause I'm just tired of eating out.

spent one night there, nice quiet clean room.Sink drain was slow, but that didn't ruin the day.Be sure to go to old town & eat @ Brewers Alley.GREAT!!

I loved the stay at this hotel. The only thing I reccommend is that they put a splash guard on the bath tub sides so the shower water does not run out onto the floor!

Convenient to highway with waffle house right next to it. Continental breakfast lacking a lot of food at end of time frame for breakfast 9:30-10:00 amwe went to waffle house.

Stopped on way to funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Arrived at 11 PM exhausted. Check in took about 15 seconds - extreme speed and courtesy. Room was neat and clean - shower was perfect. On the road at 6:30 after complimentary breakfast - simple, but just fine. Left well rested, and perfectly happy with this nice little hotel. Reasonably priced for a night in the DC area, I felt it was a wonderful room.

Location. Older furnishings, doors open to outdoors andtiny bathroom.

Easy access. Cable television reception was terrible. I called but nothing was done. Not bad for the money.

The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Too much Clorox being used on bedding. Hard to fall asleep with fragrance of this on pillows. Location of hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping areas. Pricing is affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast bar area is clean and eating choices are variable.

Continental breakfast. Outdated, unclean furniture.

It was easy to find and located right off the highway exit but far enough away to be quiet. Plastic mattress protectors were uncomfortable. Multiple requests for iron/ironing board were ignored; went to the laundry room myself to get them. Pleasant and amiable front desk staff, but the cleaning staff is rude and unhelpful. My major complaint, however, is the plastic mattress covers that were squeaky when you moved and also made the bed really hot.

The staff was competent, welcoming, and helpful. We got a good night's rest after a long drive.

The Hotel had a smell and was not as listed on the web site The hotel had a musty smell and was older than it appeared, the front lobby was the only thing nice about the hotel. The hotel staff was not very helpful in helping with the problems. We were traveling with our 9 month old son, and didn't have a microwave or. Overall a horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone I wanted to keep as a friend or relation.

good price room had a stuffy odor overall, not bad but it was not a hotel i would regularly visit

King size bed and roomy shower. Outside Appearance, Neighbors, and Low Showerhead. A nice place to sleep if you won't be spending much time at the hotel. The rooms are a decent size and clean. Staff is accommodating. The outside appearance, however, leaves something to be desired and you'll want to hop in your car to get anywhere worth going to. But if you just need a home base to go at night, it's a nice fit!

location and staff was friendly and helpful hotel was a dump hotel was a dump

they had breakfast outside entrances are very noisy This Days Inn is in a very good location - close to many restaurants and shops. However, it had many guests who came in very late or left very early, and the paper-thin doors to the outside made for a very noisy night! It was clean and smelled good.

staff was friendly and informative hotel did not have all amenities as advertised Hotel was ok. It was clean and staff was courteous but next time I will opt for 3 star hotel

Friendly staff. Non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke; couldn't open drapes because no window shears & room was on sidewalk busy with passersby. It was unpleasant to stay in a stale smelling dark room where I couldn't even allow sunlight in without being on full public display. OTOE, staff were friendly and the room's layout and furniture were consistent with a 2-star hotel. Lobby okay; oddly attached to a Waffle House, but the Waffle House was great.

Front Desk staff-friendly No High Speed Internet, Check In was not allowed until 3PM Although I paid for hotel, I did not stay. I cannot fairly rate all parameters. I will not stay in a hotel without High Speed Internet Access. Business is too important to remain in a hotel without it. Very unhappy about NO High Speed ACCESS.
