The bathtub was not very clean. It needed repairs. some of the tiles were peeling off in the bathtub. The room had a smoke odor. The staff were very friendly, the location was good. The motel needed to be spruced up. It looked very old.

The king bed was very comfortable and I loved all the pillows on the bed. Location was very noisy at night due to a night club near by that stays open until 5am.

Kind of a dump......old and in bad need of updates and upgrades. Room was not clean. Hot water will burn you alive. Sink and tub drains clogged. Wiring is really questionable. Kleenex box empty; towels worn, bed okay; shower and bath dirty. Noisy with people outside the room all night. Washer and drier outside under balcony. Go elsewhere.

the hotel was decent by it something in there that made my allergies flare up I had to leave and go somewhere else which I paid more money but was please because of the short notice I will not use that hotel unless I cannot really find anything else

Hotel was very seedy, Hard to imagine that it had a major hotel name attached to the hotel. It is not far from the wrecking ball.

Staff friendly, and location. Was too noisy. For the age of the motel it was clean, staff friendly, price was good. It was noisy, both for the location in town and the other guests running up and down stairs till 3-4 am.

The Days Inn in Fort Smith is conviently located in Downtown Ft.Smith. For our need it was great.

It has wireless internet that made the stay worthwhile. The Event Center is just across the street and on weekends loud music may be present. This is a good place for traveling workmen. It features microwave and small refrigerator but it was the wireless high speed internet that really made it worth my while.

It felt like home. The hotel was convinent to the activities we were in Ft. Smith to attend. It suited both our pocket and our needs.

Nothing. Crack hole that needs to be demolished. Better off demolished than standing. Not fit to be called a hotel/motel.

Located in down town fort smith. Swimming pool has bugs in it and the jets were barely going. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. The only complaint was the pool. Very nice.

That we got our money back with very little problem and found a decent hotel up the road. It was filthy, smelly and depressing. Like a "flop house" atmosphere. Do not stay here. If there was a minus star level this would qualify.

The park that was next to it was great for dogs and pleasant to just sit in. The pool was closed. Fine hotel and a good price. Sleepy little town with more to offer than meets the eye. For the dog folks there is a groomer within walking distance.

Nothing and under construction. Door was fix with bubblegum. The door to my hotel room was not able to close, so the repair man came and tried to fix it with gum out of his mouth, well it did not work. There was construction at the hotel and they started to work at 7 every day. I left the hotel and stay with a friend because I could not stand it anymore. My stay is based on 2 days.

The management(female) was very friendly and helpful. This was a very nice older motel that the current management are working hard to maintain and improve. Breakfast buffet was available, but we chose to sleep in late. The friendliness of the night clerk (female) made this late, tired traveler feel welcome and appreciated.
