I went there to help my son move to his new duty station. My opinion is that the bed was to soft almost like an old mattress that has been slepted on for years. I had to go to the office to get the air conditioner to own. The noise level was more than it should have been, you could hear people slamming doors and laughing as they walked past the room, plus you could hear the cars going by on the highway. They did not have the weather channel on there TV either and for anyone that travels alot like I do, they need the weather channel to know what to expect for the nexts day travels. Otherwise it was a clean room.

Location to Ft Campbell Army Base. Our bathrooms curtain rod was coming out of the wall and as a result the shower curtain would not stay closed.

Checked in after 3 p.m. on a Thursday, and it was a terrible experience. The front desk clerk was terrible. She did not know how to check-in reservations made through Travelocity. She tried to tell me my credit card was declined. Went next door to gas stations used it showed her receipt, she still contend declined. She informed me also all rooms were smoking, which was not true. Room smelled horrific. Had to pay in cash first night. Morning clerk was much better. She returned my cash did my online travel website reservation with no problem and gave me a non-smoking room. The rooms were not very clean smoking and non-smoking. Toilet stop-ups and rings in tub, floors not very clean.......nutshell .....BATHROOM GROSS

We had a very pleasent stay.

Pillows were soft. The service in total. I waited 30 minutes when I first got there and when I did, one of the rooms took another hour to be cleaned. My cards kept not working and one of the rooms doors was difficult to open (force to open the darn thing). On top of that the service at the front counter wasn't the friendliest, one person mainly. Overall if your staying just one night and one night only it would work but otherwise Iwouldrecommend another hotel.

There was alot wrong. No new towels daily, old ones left in room. Never cleaned coffee pot out or counter. Didn't leave fresh supplies.ETC... Will not return there ever!!!

It was convenient. Overall, it was great! Staff gave us a bottom floor (even though we didn't ask) which was greatly needed due to handicap. I appreciate that they noticed the need!

their was mildew on the shower curtain, mold on the wall, the toilet stopped up multiple times, and we were late to 2 meetings because you kept us on hold for 30 minutes or longer about 6 times, and also asked us to find ourselves another hotel.this experience was far less than enjoyable.
Date of Stay:

Cheap. Everything. I would never visit this hotel again. The staff didn't seem to know how to do anything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have very low standards.

Nice room with two queen beds. Fridge and microwave a real convience. Friendliest staff ever.

Convenience to Fort Campbell, where our son and his wife are. It needs minor maintenance and a thorough cleaning. It was comfortable and convenient to Ft. Campbell. The price was ok. The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly. It seemed like they needed to clean better in corners, in the laundry room, around the tops of lamps, etc. The towel rack was loose and something, maybe a clothes hook, had earlier come off the wall in the bathroom.

Helpful, friendly staff ,convenient location. Parking at times was crowded,ex. vehicles with trailers. Overall good experience for the price.

Nothing. Doors opening to the outside. There were several other hotels at this exit. All were cleaner looking from the road, Better eye appeal. This hotel was catering to several day labor folks and construction workers. They stay up late at night and several beer bottles outside on the walkway around the hotel.

Location. Highway Noise. The staff was friendly, check in was breeze but the highway traffic and air traffic from Fort Campbell was loud.
Date of Stay:
January, 2008
Heating and AC worked well, good basic comforts. Bed and mattress were terrible. Good basic motel, no frills but, clean and fairly comfortable, able to get a good nights rest.

Location to Ft. Campbell. Poor house keeping. Dirty sheets and blankets. We went to front desk and asked for clean sheets & blankets. Poor.

Convenient location. Unfortunately the night we stayed (Saturday), there were very loud parties going on in rooms nearby and we could not get any sleep due to doors slamming, people yelling and car horns beeping.

Proximity to Ft. Campbell. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired! The Days Inn Ft. Campbell is conveniently located close to Clarksville, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. The room was clean and maintained daily by the staff. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but McDonalds is directly across the street and a nice convenience store is right next door. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Convenient. Did not have two double beds as supposed to. This hotel did not have two double beds in the room like it was supposed to have and my two children had to sleep on the floor. They did not have a roll-away bed, either. The hotels that I booked were not as expected. Neither of them had two double beds to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children as expressed when I booked them. They also did not have cribs for our 1 year old to sleep in.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
It was cheap. It was not clean. Very generic and lots of workers seemed to stay there by the week. The staff did not speak to us at all except to tell us which room we were in. Not friendly at all.
