We attended our grandson's college graduation and the location was very close to the University of Arkansas (Bud Walton Arena).

Clean, well priced. A little off the beaten path. A great value for the money! Friendly staff, nice breakfast and lobby. Room was spacious, clean and stocked.

we were in arknsas for a swim meet and did not reserve a hotle so we picked the best looking hotle and we were treated with the roomes were great the bathrooms were awnsome. the pool was a nice size pool (goes to 5ft) i would recomend this to my family. the breakfest was great and the pancakes were to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in town visiting friends so I wasn't in the room much. While the room was small the it was comfortable and clean. For the price I wouldn't have a problem staying there again and probably will.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable. It was an older hotel that has been refurbished and I had a little trouble with getting the door to open, but the desk attendant gave me a different room and all was well.

The door of my bathroom was literally falling off! I had to lift it into place in order to close the door. The breakfast room and lobby was so beautifully decorated I was thinking the rooms would be too. But not so. This place is in desperate need of a remodel.

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very accomodating when asked for a downstairs room. Good location. The only advice I could offer is to provide a list of dining opportunities near by.

Nice room with ample parking. Walls a bit thin, so if there's a noisy neighbor, you can hear the talking. Mall is a couple miles away, but nothing closer. A good value hotel. On the positive, I had a non-smoking room and there was a smoking room right next door. I didn't smell any smoke. Had a local paper delivered to my room each morning. Decent breakfast - about what you would expect. I would stay here again.

Great location! Wet room (humid), bugs and dirty. Would not recommend. At a minimum of 5 bugs in the room. It was very wet due to humidity, which means wet bed, wet floor, wet towels, and wet clothes the next day. I called hotel to set up an additional day of stay for the night before my reservation and when i got there they had not booked me one. They told me that my pregnant wife and I had to switch rooms after the first night. They did correct that problem though.

we made a last minute motorcycle ride to visit my son and watch a razorback game. we arrived without reservations and fortunately they still had a room. the woman at the desk was a hoot ! she was worth the stay.they even negotiated on the price a little.

I had to go to desk & request room spray--there was a musty, stinky smell to room, even after running a.c. for several hours. Otherwise, it was fine.

Adequate room, good location. Sketchy paint job in the bathroom. If all you need is a comfortable place to sleep in the middle of Fayetteville and a free breakfast, this is the place.

This hotel is just fine for a business traveler looking for a cheap overnight or 2 night stay. Otherwise, I don't know if you want to take your family here for any extended stay. Just a little older and seems to need updating. The location is just fine for any business in Fayetteville.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Bath towels were small and not very comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel two times and felt like I got a very good bargain for what I received. Good clean room, comfortable bed, and decent continental breakfast.

Hotel staff were excellent and attentive to details. Kids next door could have been booked a room over. Easy to find and very clean. Obviously an older hotel but had recent upgrades and was well kept. I will stay there again as I go to Fayetteville every month or so. Staff was friendly and made the stay super easy. As it should be.

Friendly staff and fair price for level. Bathroom timer needed work. Hotel was decent for a place to stay regards the level of the accommodations.
