The man at the front desk wasn't very friendly or helpful.

The rooms are dirty, the staff and the Owner are rude, the place is a dive. I stayed here because of the cheap rates. It wan't cheap enough! Don't go near this place unless you enjoy musty smelling rooms, dirty carpets and unfreindly service.

dining is close to drive to but not walk. room was clean and was not in room much since had other activities to go to.

Convenient location. Rude staff. Under staffed, very poor continental breakfast. Other than the convenient location I can not recommend this place to stay. The room was not very clean and found a dirty shirt still in the room. The windows as well as the hotel is in need of a major remodel. The one staff that we come in contact with was very rude and short. The health department needs to look into this motel as well as the hotel/motel association.

We called ahead because the reviews were bad for this Hotel and were told it was under New Management and assured the stay would be Great. The rooms were barely satisfactory no remodeling and 1 room smelled very bad. There was NO hot water to shower with and when we complained the Manager/Owner made lousy excuses and blamed everyone. We waited from 7 am until 9 am to shower funny when we were out in the hall questioning the manager who claimed the hot water was all the way up the whole time - he went in to a room and the water was hot within 10 minutes. A picture fell from the wall and hit my son in law in the head, the room key to my room did not work and I was locked out at 11 pm we asked for a late check-out 11:45 instead of 11 am and were told we would charged an extra $25.00 when we called customer service we were told you aren't in Saint Louis and this is not the Hilton!? We have heard nothing more from Corporate I do NOT recommend a stay at this Hotel. very cheap and they don't care. there are other nice places to stay here pay a few dollars more and enjoy your stay even the staff was apologetic for how bad it was. I feel the New Manage/Owner was cheap and cutting corners. Too bad for Days Inn

The Days Inn Farmington was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The indoor pool was great. The exercise room had very modern equipment. The staff was very friendly. the only negitive thing was that they were painting door trim in the hallway. Location was good a short driving distance from food and shopping.

I was glad to have hot water. The entire building was cold, heaters didn't work well in rooms. The Days Inn in Farmington Mo. is a hotel I frequent when visiting family. The hotel was not at the standards I am used to having when staying there. The heaters worked poorly if at all in the rooms and lobby areas. The rooms were not very clean. There was crust on the coffee pot and coffee stains on counters. When I asked for an extra pillow for my toddler I was told I had been given enough pillows in the room already. I was very upset with my stay. I will spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn next time I visit my family.

"We found this hotel on your website and booked a reservation. I checked in very late so the next morning I went to the office for coffee and to confirm I had dogs in my room and a Do not disturb sign out. Later in the day, while we were out we were locked out of our room for having pets. A staff member informed my husband there was a STRICT no pets policy, yet that confirmed a $10 fee for having pets. Seems to be a conflict. We will NEVER stay at Days Inn again!"

The room was average to small, some hotel staff were very friendly, others not so much. They were working on improvements, so the inside halls smelled strongly of paint. The indoor pool was nice and warm and it , overall, was a great bargain hotel. Could have used another luggage rack or a bureau for clothing in the room.

We were visiting family and stayed at the Days Inn and had a great time. It's location is central to everywhere we wanted to see. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was great. Rooms were great along with the price!

the days inn was not clean the room and the building were the room was located had a very bad smell we had to go buy a candle. the fitness room was always locked if you wanted in you had to find someone to unlock it the sheets and pillow cases were stained and they did not change them daily the box springs had holes and was coming apart. in the breakfast area they had about 100 comforters off beds in trash bags in the corner. the window opened but there was no screen on it for kids this is a very dangerous situation since we were on the 2nd floor. all rooms were suppose to have hbo but we had to tell them at the front desk it wasnt working they said they didnt know why but they didnt have the channel programed into the tv we did have it later that night

Cleanliness. Old, bed outdated, owner rude! For a quick stay, it's not bad. I saw the staff cleaning windows and washing down doors with bleach both mornings. Very clean. But when it came time for the continental breakfast, the milk was warm and the bagels were more like baguettes. When we went to the pool, we had to beg the owner for extra towels.

Great staff. Can't. Great staff, quiet place for business trip.

Nothing. Staff, room, lack of cleanliness. Hotel paint job was poor/sloppy, carpet dirty, clerk rude, breakfast very poor.
Date of Stay:

Close to family. Filthy, dead bugs on floor, rude and unhelpful management staff. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager would not give us a room with two beds and told us that we would have to pay $29 extra. We explained that our kids would have nowhere to sleep if we had only one bed but he did not care. He was demeaning me and belittling me with his condescending attitude and I felt discriminated. There were dead bugs all over the floor, standing water in the lobby and a musty odor. The environment, in addition to being hostile, was also humid.
