The room smelled terrible eventhough it was a non-smoking room. The matress was old and hard and pellows and sheets were not clean. The AC did not go to high...it stayed at the same level doesn't matter how high or low you turned the nob. Terrible hotel, very comparable to a lower end motel six in the middle of no where!!!

I don´t like the hotel. It was very old and the rooms smells terrible and bad. The man at the reception was also unfriendly, if I asked for informations about the area.

stayed end of feb, and price for my king smoking room was more than the walk-in price??? i went thru travel website--going to send them an email and ask why!!! room was remodeled and nice. had frig and microwave. clean bathroom and nice clean bed... lady at the front desk was a sweetheart and very helpful--great lady -- lots of construction at the exit made it a pain to get to. thank you

We rented 2 rooms--1 with kingsize bed and 1 with 2 double beds... all of the bedclothes were dirty, with hairs on the sheets and a blanket had been used to wipe something on and was still dirty. When we informed the front desk of the dirty bed linens, they apologized and sent us a key for another room..the new room had an odor to it and the bed was in the same condition..We sent the new room key back and told them we would stay in original room if they would send us clean bedclothes.This was on a Saturday and there was no housekeeping available, so they sent someone who worked in the restaurant with new bedclothes, the sheets and pillowcases smelled clean, but the pillowcases were very dingy. At this time, we showed the man the blanket, he apologized and said they would send us another one, but someone else would have to do it, because he worked in the kitchen at the restaurant and it was time for him to go to work. A few minutes later, a man that looked as if he had been gardening all day brought us the blanket and bedpad, we told him to just leave everything and we would make the beds ourselves. My son had the same problem with his room, they ended up with sheets with holes in them and a mattress pad that went on a double bed instead of a kingsize. They also made their own bed. These rooms were advertized as GOODBUYS, you had to pay the travel agency upfront at the time of booking. Didn't expect fourstar, but Did expect clean beds to sleep in. Carpets were also stained and smelled. Will never stay at this hotel again....They refurbished grounds & exterior, not rooms....Big mistake

Great price through [...], barely worth it. Struggling with maintenance, but friendly, and good Space Center advice; well-located near I-95, 20-25 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Incurred insect bites during one-night stay. Grandson loved pool, it looked refreshing and decent size.

They love animals and only charged $10 for my dog no deposit was required. I would stay there again on business. Loved the fact that there wasn't a deposit for the dog only spent one night and got in late, but the restaurant stayed opened so we could get something to eat. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend hotel to others with pets. It had a microwave and fridge and that was nice as we had food and water to store.

When I arrived at my motel everything was in order except the local price was much less than the price I paid . I wonder why ?

My husband and I just got back from staying here while we were on vacation. The hotel was nice and quiet. There were several staying there, but did not make noise. It is a nice place to stay if you do not want to be right in the middle of the beach area. They have reallly taken good care of this hotel. Our maid did a wonderful job on cleaning everyday. We enjoy sitting out by the pool with out a lot of noisey kids. I would stay here again if we are in that area of FLORIDA again. Good price for the service. The food restaurant on property has a really good breakfast in the morning.

It was a "one-nighter" as we were headed for the port for a cruise. It was convenient and suited our purposes just fine.

It was cheap. There was mold on the curtains, shower curtains, and bathroom ceiling. We got what we should have expected for such a cheap room. The hotel staff twice gave us keys for a room, which did not open the door. On the third attempt, they switched us to a different room, which had mold on the curtains, shower curtain, bathroom ceiling, and floor. We didn't get a different room because it was 12:30am and we were only going to be there for about 7 hours. I would not stay here again.

We booked a non-smoking room through online travel website. We got a smoking room that was filthy. Someone had taken the coffee-pot, the phone cord was cut with bare wires coming out of the wall. The toilet barely flushed. The room smelled horrible. It did have a working fridge and microwave. Will NOT stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone!

We found this hotel on online travel when we were looking for a place to stay the night before we departed on a boat from Port Canaveral. While not luxurious by any means, the room was clean and comfy and equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker. It is right off I-95 and only 15 minutes to the cruise port terminals and charter fishing fleets at Port Canaveral. Our boat is now stored at a marina in the Port Canaveral area, so this is a great place to stay and get a good night's rest before those weekend boating excursions.

Convenient to Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach. WiFi although free was pretty poor and very slow. Nice stop if you are going to the east coast of Florida, but don't want the high cost of the east coast hotels. Room was OK, not stunning but totally adequate. Some previous guest had tried to kick the door in at sometime and the door seal wasn't sealing, the door had a slight bend to it. From what I could tell it had been that way for quite a while. Not really close to anything, but close enough for most activities except too far for any Disney related activities.

Location was perfect for visit to family. An issue with cleaning that hotel is acting on. Very pleased overall. Staff met our every need with a smile and great service.

My husband and I stayed here back in 1991 August. This hotel was not as bad as I read of it now, I don't know how it is now, but when we stayed here /there it was perfect! We did not see any repairs needed, no urine smell, no dogs or animals running around. It was truly an excellent experience overall. I'm sure since then it has changed, but we were glad to have stayed there when we did and for the amount of time we stayed. 10 days total! We will visit again soon...

Great restaurant connected to but not part of hotel. Bathroom facilities were a but dated. Nice place to stay for the evening while touring Kennedy Space Center on Sat/Sun.

Very friendly and very clean. Beds were a little hard. I was not expecting much since it was only one star. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly (even though it was 3am) The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The only downfalls were, the bed was a little hard, and the parking lot was dark where we parked, so I would have been nervous at 3am had I not been there with my husband.
