Very rude manager.

Room was clean, excellant beds. Staff went above the call of duty for a gentleman who was simply lost. He had made reservations at a completing hotel, but did not have the phone number or address with him only the chain name and area. The desk staff immediately got on the phone with that chain and determined at which location the man had made a reservation and sent him on his way. I would definately stay here again.

We took a mini vacation and time was very valuable. This hotel is in a great location,right off hwy 5. It was close to the beach(about 3 blocks)a short 5 min. drive to Legoland,and there was a great pizza place (Leucadia Pizzeria and Italian). The room was ok. The price was ok also. Location GOOD!

Located near the beach. Dingy, dirty, paper thin walls, cramped hotel room. Pool was not warm for being a heated pool.

The room I stayed in was recently remodeled w/ new bathroom, new TV, new microwave, new A/C. It was fairly clean and comfortable. The room was on 2nd floor as none was available on 1st floor. Free breakfast was good

This hotel is basically for a person or family that wants a clean affordable room that is close to the freeway and beach.

Great location, right next to a Denny's, easy access to the 5 Freeway, parked close to room. The best part was a clean room that really honored the titled NO SMOKING. Other features were a coffee pot, and small microwave. It was a great value (e.g., clean room, good place to sleep for the price as compared to other hotels in the area). Late check-in was honored.

Location. Front desk staff was rude, very slow in handling customer traffic, and not helpful. Wireless internet connection was spotty it took me an hour with technical support by phone to get online. One front desk employee seemed concerned about my inability to get wifi access while the other had no concern or sense of urgency regarding rectifying the situation.

I met some really nice folks while I stayed here on my birthday. The maid was wonderful, and kept the room cheerful. I'd definitely try and remember to go here again sometime.

The kids and I have been at this location 4 times now and will keep going back. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfasts create a sense of camaraderie amongst the guests. close to goof food, beaches, pharmacy, grocery store and movie theaters.

Free continental breakfast, computer internet connection, attractive room, flat screen TV and nice bedding. Vending machines werevery pricey $1.50. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! The location was perfect because I needed to be near the Golf Courses (Golf Caddie). The room was perfect, mini-fridge, microwave (did not use it), coffeemaker, had been recently remodeled which helped with the overall appearance. Internet connection available but was a slow in speed. The hotel meets all of my requests & having a Denny's restaurant walking distance was a plus! I did not hear the nearby freeway noise but I know other guests may have.

Overall, a nice place. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Our only complaints were that the room was not ready even though it was almost an hour after check in. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We went and got a bottle of Febreeze and that solved that problem. Staff was very friendly.
