Great location to the event we were attending. We liked that they are pet friendly. The staff in the office was very friendly. There was noise issues from outside parking area, but I think that was from us being on the bottom floor. Other small issue was that the hair dryer didn't work and they didn't have any extras in the office. Over all we like the hotel.

The pool was nice. It was shabby. The room and hotel was very shabby. The first afternoon we got there we were walking to the pool and my kids ages13,13,11, 8 had to her a couple cussing each other out and them banging on the door of the room wanting the lady to let him in and more cussing like the F work and all the others you can think of. Something was said to them but nothing was done. One of the worker's said they need to kick them out but that was it. Not a very pleasant stay. Will not stay again.

Stayed here for a week. Office staff was friendly but this property was very run down. I heard another room complaining of fleas, and I seen a roach while there. They had orkin visit.Housekeeping complained every day about their job, and the whole property looked like it needed painting and repairing. The handicap ramp was a piece of plywood that was ready to collapse under any weight. They did fix that while I was there. One day didnt get any housekeeping at all, went to the office and they told me it was the maids day off that day.Tried to tell me they had no record of my reservation thru the online travel agency. When I went to check out, they were trying to charge me over $$$ on my credit card for my room.Seems like their bookkeeping isnt very reliable. It has a good location next to a subway, cracker barrel, shoneys and lots of food places. Location is a busy highway. They said there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Ended up having to request it and got it after 2 days.It was definitely not as nice as the pictures portray. It has a swimpool which was nice. They said they had a laundry service, but the one we found near the pools both machines were out of order. They offer a continental breakfast, but the juice machine was out of order also. The sheets had feces marks on them upon arrival. When I complained, the maid said you should complain to the front desk. I think my room was only vacuumed twice all week.If you are a clean freak, I wouldnt recommend this property.

The Days Inn was comfortable. The bed had a good mattress. The bathroom is somewhat small, but the shower worked fine. The location was very good, since it is an easy on and off for the Interstate. We were just traveling through and so were looking for an inexpensive place for a good night's sleep.

The location was ok. Rude staff. When I questioned the extra charge, the owner snatched my bill out of my hands and started yelling at me. I was told during check-in that there was no charge for the pets by the night staff. When I brought this fact up to the owner the next morning, he became irritate and accused me of lying. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

The room smelled. The floors needed vacuuming when we arrived and did not get it even while we were there. The toilet was dirty and the tub had hairs in it. My son said Mom this toilet needs cleaning. The sink should have been cleaned out when the room was cleaned. He had poured juice down it and they did not even wipe it out.

This Days Inn was very comfortable and well located. The room was clean when we arrived and it had plenty of space. The hotel was in the process of remodeling, so there were some areas that were better than others. It was close to all the attractions. I recommend this hotel overall.

It was located near where I needed to be for work. It very badly needs renovation. The room was dank and smelled like wet cat. The air conditioner, when I could get it to work, leaked all over the floor. There were what appeared to be professional ladies wandering around nearby and when I mentioned the room smell and other problems to the clerk, he said something like 'Hmph'.

Days Inn was a great place family oriented. I would recommend to family and friends. I would also stay again.

Not much. Seemed unorganized. We just wanted a comfortable place to sleep, but was a very noisy and busy hotel. We also booked early but were given a room by the stairs witch was very loud. We left very early not rested at all.

The Days Inn Chattanooga East Ridge was very disappoining. The room smelled horribly. I was taken to 2 other roomsthat smelled badly also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It would be my recommendation that you remove this hotel from your site until such time it is brought up to standard.

It was reasonably priced. The room had a strange odor and clothes that we had hanging up were damp. When I checked in there was some confusion about payment. The charge had already hit my credit card a couple of days before but they wanted to know if I was going to pay cash or charge it.

First room given, there was very heavy smell of mold and mildew. Front office staff was good about changing room, but blamed smell on the fact that the air conditioner was off. New room was better, but there was an underlying smell. Air conditioner blew lots of cold air. Had difficulty trying to moderate ... either too cold or too warm. Bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. I doubt that I would ever stay there again... overall a bit run down.

Nothing positive to say. Drug infested area. Hotel is very dirty. Rooms in disrepair. After finding syringes and used condoms in the room, I did not feel very comfortable there. The floor in the bathroom was falling in. Over all, the room smelled bad, carpet if you want to call it that) was totally worn and filthy. Left that room immediately. We were offered an alternative room, but after our first experience, I was actually afraid to stay there. The Front Desk Manager denied that there was any problem.

Pillows were soft and breakfast was ok. The TV was broken. The floors were dirty. We had to change rooms because the air was not working. The hotel was not the way I expected. The East Ridge Days Inn definitely needs to clean their floors. While walking across them your feet would be black with dirt. Also I have never stayed at a hotel where you had to put a deposit down to swim in the pool. I will be honest I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nothing. The room was dirty. spots on the rug. The hotel is in a good location for what we had planed to do. We would not stay at the hotel ever again. The tub was dirty, rug looked like some one splashed white paint on it and also the wall paper brose was coming off the wall.
