Price was acceptable for my need. The hotel is nothing fancy but was acceptable for my needs. We just wanted a place to sleep prior to an early flight at the Mesa airport. It would be nice if they could offer a shuttle service.

It would be nice/ fill save to see security guard around hotel.

Travelagent FAILED to be able to offer the type of hotel they claimed they could when offering the package I was attempting to get.

Convenient location for us.

This hotel has the dirtiest carpets ever. After taking a shower and walking on the carpet in the room, my feet were completely black from the dirt in the carpet. It was disgusting. The breakfast consists of toast and danish. Not even fruit. The rooms are small and not very clean at all. The towels will barely dry you off after a shower they are so flimsy! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot tub was cold one night, and so hot the next you couldn't go in. The pool is small and cold. There are plenty of other nicer hotels in the Mesa area. Do not select this one.

Room was clean and comfortable, having free internet included was good. Staff at hotel was courteous and professional.

Was quite. I left my cell phone charger. We asked them to send it back to us. They said they would. Have not received it yet.

Our four night stay was very positive. The motel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and very hospitable. The friendliness of the staff reminded me our numerous stays at bed and breakfasts. The free continental breakfast was simple but good (muffins, Danishes, toast, cold cereal, oat meal, and fresh fruit). The rooms were updated and included a flat screen 42" TV. There was also a micro, fridge and coffee maker in our room. I would highly recommend for the price.

This is a very basic hotel in the not so great part of Phoenix (Mesa, AZ). It was not the ""Hood"" or dangerous. I would not stay there again. I got this in a cheap package for the Fiesta Bowl on 1/1/07. This hotel was clean and everything worked. The area around the hotel is not so great. 2 Stars.

We liked the location and overall hotel amenities. When I extended my stay by one day the hotel charged me more than my price through Priceline. It met my expectations for a 2 star hotel. I was satisfied with the accommodations and service.

This is a very old hotel, and the price reflects that. Room we were offered smelled bad, had broken furniture, and had holes in the bedspread. These are all rooms with outside doors - not very secure. Check-in clerk was friendly, but he couldn't do anything to refund our prepaid reservation. We went elsewhere.

Convenient location The cleaning of the room was poor. I do not think that I should be at the 2-star level.

They let me borrow an iron, big TV. Wake up call was late, dirty washcloth in the bathroom, dead bugs. It was dirty.

Location. The hotel did not have any of the features and amenities. No heated pool, tennis courts, spa and many other amenities. I was very disappointed.

Nothing. Location was horrible. Everything. Lets just say I would not let my family out of the car as I went into the lobby. I looked around and the called another hotel and stayed somewhere else. In leading up to this they were not so friendly to deal with on the phone either.

Good, clean place but not fancy by any means. The wireless internet did not work which was very frustrating for me as I was on a business trip.

The rooms were clean. There was a microwave/fridge in the room. Pool was dirty and breakast is very sparse. The room was fine, very reasonable and clean with eveything needed. If I was returning to Mesa I would probably check out another place for theprice, there was nothing special that made me want to return. Location was convenient for our travel plans, but is not particularly close to stores or downtown area.

It seemed safe and was right across the street from a nice church. Inadequate breakfast and coffee was terrible. The room was pretty decent. The coffee was terrible and there wasn't much of a breakfast selection. If you have can spend a little more, move up to a nicer place.

Ground floor and we could park our car close to room. The bed and pillows stunk like old body oder and hair grease. I would never recommend it nor would I ever stay there again. It was sick.I had to spray the bed with perfum so I could stand the smell.
Date of Stay:
April, 2006
Non-smoking room was a litle better than smoking room. Too far, unkept rooms, especially smoking room. I would never go back to this one!
