Room was filthy. Smelled like urine. Pool was tiny and overcrowded. Very noisy. Spa, fitness room, and hot tub were out of order. High speed internet would not work. Awful smell in the room, and dirt, and cigarette ashed (in a non-smoking room) all over the floor, behind end tables and under bed.

The current road construction around Nashville made it fairly difficult to find the hotel. The place was clean, but the entire place is in serious need of an update.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful after arriving at 1:30am. Breakfast in morning was adequate. Rooms were adequate but could use some updating. Overall, pleasant stay. Would recommend to budget-conscious consumer.

I have stayed at this location for several years .Location is great for car show.. But the room was nasty, we had to ask that the room be cleaned. Bedding was not clean , towles not changed out. Will find a new location for next year.

Decent water pressure. Breakfast was bad - just very basic facilities.

We booked this hotel because it was cheap, but the beds were uncomfortable, shower was dirty, we saw a spider on wall, what looked like a bloody booger on the bathroom floor, paint stains on blanket and sheets and they tried to overcharge us 60. Staff was rude as well. Pay more and go to a nicer hotel!!

bed uncomfortable for person with back problems, mattress not firm, room air stale

Friendly gal at check in. Big space at bottom of door so it was loud; smelly; towels were bad. This hotel had a fridge and microwave which was nice but the smell grossed me out. The towels were scratchy and the room (which was on the street level) was loud. I felt like people were right outside our door all night-it was loud because of the space at the bottom of the door. The beds were hard-sheets were ok except for a few holes. Plenty of pillows which helped. Good hotel for a family on a budget.

We have always had great experiences with Days Inn. But this time was terrible. Did not have enough towels for guest, counter person did not wash hands after bathroom and put out food for breakfast, rooms were not dirty but not cared for in normal manor, garbage not emptied things like that... I will not stay at this location and will let all Honda Hoot people not to stay here either or anyone else.

Outside of Knoxville, convenient to zoo, quiet, even with Alabama visiting the Vols! Clean room, including bath. Toilet ran, but so does mine at home, so it actually helped me sleep! Perfect for function and price.

Cheap. Location. Location wasn't good. High traffic and fishy guests.

the room was pretty clean but it had a musty smell. the continental breakfast was a joke, we went down at 9:30 am and they had already put everything away. i was awaken at 1:00 am by kids playing and yelling outside of our room. the rate was cheap so i guess we got what we paid for. it was very close to the zoo though.

Convenient. Dreary, shabby tub. Very low classroom. lobby fine, continental breakfast okay. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Nothing. In wasn't even a 1 star hotel it was bad. The hotel was very dirty, run down, the air conditioner was making a terrible noise. Musty smell. Bad hotel.

Close to Freeway(I-40). They did not call me with the wakeup call I requested. I wouldn't return. They did not give me my 4:30 AM wakeup call I requested, and I was approached at 5 AM, right outside my door, by a vagrant begging for money.

Not a thing. Everything. We got to this hotel late at night due to traveling. Took a while to check in. When we finally got to our room, we were exhausted. We had been given a smoking room, not by our choice, so it was nasty. The bed wasn't even made up, the bathroom was filthy. There was a lot of commotion with people running around and making lots of noise, it was after midnight at this time. It was by no means a family environment. We were traveling with small children, one of which was a three week old baby, so there was no way we were going to stay there. We went back to the front desk and asked for our money back. We took the hit and left to find something suitable for our family. We found a Motel 6 at the next exit that was very clean and suitable.

There is nothing. Drug infested and crime ridden. The hotel was indicated as two-three stars which is impossible. They allow a loitering outside and homeless people milling around.

Convenient location. I did not like the outside doors. The floors were very dirty, however vacuumed well. This hotel was in a convenient location right off the inter-state highway. The room was marginally clean. I did not like the outside door entrance, and would not stay here again.

Convenience to highway and trade show location. General state of room. There were holes in the sheets and towels, insufficient noise proofing of rooms to prevent my being woken up by inconsiderate noisy guests near me, blanket had crusty spots on top so it hadn't been washed nor checked.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Location to the highway I was traveling. Filthy carpet and walls! The shabbiest room I've been in for years. Stains on the moist carpet, bed falling apart, the walls and floor were separated by warped corners and damage. Just disgusting!
