It was only a one night stay, however, that is all that we could have handled. The hotel wasn't clean, and it stunk really bad!!

When the clock radio was missing and the remote did not work, the hotel staff promptly fixed the problems. The room stunk horribly. There were stains on the bed and overall cleanliness was in the room was lacking.

There were NO towels, NO soap, NO ANYTHING! The service was terrible, the managers were rude and unfriendly. Not only that! But when we demanded our reservation be revoked they directed us to some foreign employee who barely spoke english! When I tried to call online travel website it took me 2 hours to get ahold of anyone! I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will certainly never use online travel website again!!!

The Days Inn East is run-down, part of the roof covered with a blue tarp. The carpet is worn and stained. There is no business center; however there is wireless internet connection available at no charge. There is no pool, or fitness center. Access to the hotel from the very busy road requires a left-hand turn from the airport/downtown/shopping center side. The breakfast bar was very limited. I do not recommend it.

Hotel staff is nice. This is definitely not in a great part of town. Not enough lighting in the parking lot. Allot of transient foot traffice through the lots. Would not stay at again.

Friendly staff. Run down room, chipped paint, hole in wall, bathtub drained slowly. Overall, the hotel was ok. Although clean, the room was a little run down - there was a hole in the wall, the wallpaper was peeling and the bathtub was chipped. The bathtub also drained slowly. The wireless internet barely worked in our room as well.

I just needed a cheap place to stay for the night and this place was cheap and very nice. The only complaint I have is that the check out time was 11 am and the staff knocked on my door at 10:30 and told me it was time to check out. Also, we received 2 wake up calls, one at 8 and another at 10, that we didn't ask for. Other than that, this is a good place to stay. It is right off of the Lloyd expressway on Green Rivr Road. Close to everything in Evansville.

Dirty rooms, poor service. Dirty rooms, Odor from smoking, dog in hallway, ice found on floor of room, sheets had stains, bed box spring had marks of dirt. The worst room, I have ever booked to stay.

Was hesitant about staying here after reading some of the other reviews, but given the age of them, we decided to take a chance. Enjoyable stay in a restful room. Wasn't super fancy or anything, but a nice room. Questioned the owner about the bad reviews and was told that the hotel has been undergoing renovations and wasn't in the same condition as it was under the previous owner. Kudos! "

Very close to restaurants and stores. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hotel was very nice but bed needs to be updated. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

It's location. No hot water, beds were like cardboard, outlets barely worked. This hotel was not worth staying at. The staff was friendly and the location was great. However, the beds were very stiff, and the showers drizzled cold water.

Not good!!!!! It smelled, sheets had holes, wallpaper peeling, just bad allover. Don't stay there. Sleeping in our car would have been better.

I couldn't stay in a hotel where as soon as I checked in the woman at the counter was spraying for bugs. My room was awful. Parts of the walls were water stained and it smelled of mold. The A/c unit was broken and half laying on the floor. My bathroon didn't look clean with hair everywhere and the bed was sunken in and the sheets had stains. I didn't stay there to say the least.
