It was clean. The front desk was unhelpful, breakfast was poor and staff at desk were poorly prepared. Although we requested at least a 2 star, this hotel was a by-the-hour style place. We feel taken advantage of and it made our stay in Toronto less than expected. I would be reluctant to trust priceline again after this experience.

The location of the hotel was good for getting in and out of the downtown, but the staff was great!! When asked for locations of places to eat or places to go, they had the answers right there ready to go along with the directions to get there. On one occasion they didnt have an answer on the spot and called me 10 minutes later in the room to give me the information. I highly recommend this hotel mainly because the staff made it easier for us.

Convenient location at the edge of a redeveloped boutique style area. Would definitely stay again. Excellent location for the lake and to explore the funky and reinvented Queen S. East area. Obviously an old hotel with narrow halls but clean and refurbished rooms. Found the staff wasvery helpful and friendly. Free parking in a secure lot beside hotel.

Only place next to the ""beaches"" area but an OK place. Typical Days Inn. Clean and comfortable but not a modern gem. Bring a bike with you to explore the neighborhood. Hotel has no elevator but enough cont. breakfast for the price.

Convenience to Toronto beaches and to Downtown. Hotel parking lot was full, had to park down street. Would probably stay at this hotel, more for convenience than comfort level.

Room is clean, great service. free parking. No pool, breakfast is simple, narrower corridor. Overall, it's a good hotel for downtown area (not that close to town center). The room is clean with free parking and simple breakfast. It is a little bit over priced.

Good location, near good restaurants, park, lake. No cream cheese for bagels at breakfast. We would certainly go there again.

The staff very helpful and the location was easily accessible. The free morning breakfast was rather picked over and small on weekdays. For the price and location, the hotel was a very good rate. It is and older building and the rooms were rather middle of the road but the staff and cleanliness were superb. Excellent location to the beaches and boardwalk.
