We've stayed at this hotel several times though at least three owners. The new owners have been there about a year and have done great things with the property. It had gotten in pretty bad condition. The rooms look like new and what staff we came in contact with were very nice. We were there for only one night and did not see everything but what we did observed would bring us back.

This is an adequate hotel for the money and for the choices you have in Duncan. The air conditioner is very loud and they only give you two towels. Not enough for a pregnant gal and her husband. Overall it beats sleeping in the car.

The common areas were clean. The room door did not work properly; the roof leaked in the rain. The afternoon desk clerk was surly and unkempt. Days Inn of Duncan, ok, has the potential to be a nice facility. Unfortunately, poor management is showing in several areas. The desk clerk greeted us with long, unruly hair, an un-ironed, untucked shirt, and left the volume on the TV so he wouldn't miss his program while he checked us in. We had to be reassigned a room because the first one had a malfunctioning door. The clerk tried to show me how to use the key card just so and kick the door at the bottom, though he still couldn't make it open more than one out of ten times. The second room had a problem that took several trips downstairs and almost an hour to resolve. The clerk seemed upset we rejected his offer of a smoking room, rather than to clean up the non-smoking room. During a thunderstorm, the roof leaked in the upper-floor hallway. Workers repaired an air conditioning unit, and the debris was left on the sidewalk for two days.

Location, nice check in person. Poor food, smell in room, old facility, bad beds, outdated carpet. Very disappointed. Very poor one in Duncan. You had very few to choose from, and the reservation said at least two star not one. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and it was very quiet. We were there for a funeral and we were able to think about the task at hand without being disturbed. Nothing. This hotel was the quietest place I have ever stayed. My husband's mother had passed away, that's why we were there, we were never disturbed, never heard the other quests. It was also the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The big places have nothing on day's inn of Duncan.
