Not much. Rediculous price for such a small room and no breakfast. No thanks.

Our room was quite clean, the front desk was friendly. The room was what we had requested, non smoking with a queen size bed. The room was small, but sufficient for us. We will stay here again, the price was less than half of other hotels in Duluth and was completely satisfactory for us. There is no elevator in this building which was fine for us. If you cannot walk up stairs be sure to request an accessible room.

Property was just remodeled, beautiful place, very comfortable. The staff made me feel right at home, very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Duluth, especially in the Mall area. Not your typical Days Inn, very very nice.

They provided an adequate continental breakfast; provided free popcorn. Well-lighted parking lot. Room rate too high for the tiny room. Bed was bad. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke in hallway. The first thing both of us noticed was that the room was small, and it was supposed to be a handicap room. Then when we walked in, we saw that the bed sloped toward the head of the bed. I called the person at the desk, and she came to our room. Unfortunately, she--in an unfriendly manner--disputed that the bed was sloping toward the head.

My room was clean & well organized. The front desk people were kind & helpful. When I realized I didn't have any toothpaste with me, the front desk clerk provided my with a complimentary tube. The walls must not be well insulated as I could easily hear the man next door awaken at 4:30 a.m., blow his nose several times, & take a shower. The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired; I went & ate elsewhere. One thing I thought to be strange occured at check-in. My reservation was pre-paid and the clerk asked only what my last name was; she didn't ask to see my ID or credit card. All in all, though, it was a clean, comfortable hotel. Decent enough to stay again, but I'd also look at other options.

I found this Days Inn comparable to other Days Inn I have stayed at. I understood when I chose the Days Inn I was not booking a room at a luxery hotel. This Days Inn met and even exceeded my expections on certain levels. The rooms were recently remodeled. Our requested smoking room was as fresh smelling as it could be under the circumstances. I was thrilled to have four perfect pillows. The shower head with adjustable water flow was great and the water pressure was outstanding.

My room was seriously tiny (albeit comfortable). The location of this hotel is pretty far out from downtown Duluth. However it is located next to lots of shops, restaurants and fast food joints.

the hotel was clean, nice furnishings and the staff great. The only problem a broken water main the last night but the staff handled it and offered credits But I can't get one because I dealt thru on online travel website and they don't answer their phones for you after you pay for trip customer service with the travel website is non existent. I will stay at this hotel again but book direct.

The first room I was given was the smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel! I was put in the basement as well. I asked to be moved and the staff arranged it and checked in on us later. The second room was acceptable but both could have used a more careful cleaning.

Clean, friendly staff, ok location. Kind of far from downtown activities. Room was not ready check-in time of 3 PM. Overall. It met my expectations for this level of a motel. It was a bit pricey though. Even the second night we chose to stay being so far from Duluth activities.

The room was nice. The continental breakfast was ok. Nothing special about it. The location is nice if you need to go shopping or want some place to eat.

Room was dirty; hallways were dismal; walls were paper-thin; the non-smoking room smelled of smoke, including the non-smoking hallway, and the clientele was less than desirable during our visit. I finally realized that you really do get what you pay for!

Clean lobby. Location, cleanliness of room, security lock broken. The room was adequate as far as size. Claimed newly remodeled but it did not look like it. One outside door was broken so the latch was duct taped open 24/7 and anyone could have walked in. Housekeeping did a horrible job of cleaning and even left coffee pot with coffee still in it. View was of weeds and a few low income houses. Would probably not stay there again.

Was booked into a handicap access room which was extremely small (bathroom door 2 feet from bed) and there was a horrible smell similar to cat urine permeating the room. Obviously hotel was aware because there was an open box of baking soda behind the toilet. Gross, gross, room and nothing else available in town to move to. Complained and received discount, but was appauled that I actually had to pay to stay in that room.....have not been back since and will not return.

Friendly hellpful staff. Although we had a non smoking room the common areas smelled strongly of stale smoke.

Very nice, newly remodeled clean rooms. The breakfast which was included was a bit disappointing. Very happy with the price and quality of the hotel.

Perfect--exactly what I needed. Duluth Days Inn is perfectly located across the street from Miller Hill Mall. Newly renovated, the rooms are cheerful and sparkling. With the friendly staff assisting, my stay was everything I could ask for.

People were great and very helpful. This hotel is great - we did leave 1 day early due to the weather in Duluth.

It was very quite. Are room was very small. The hotel was ok. I have stayed there before but this time they put us in the basement and I have never been that small of a room.

Loved the continental breakfast. Smell of smoke in the hallways from the smoking rooms. The remodel job they did really improved the inside of the hotel, looks great, and they do a great job of keeping the hotel clean.
