Although this hotel was remodeled and looks very nice, the area it's in is not. It also still smells awful from the paint and grease stains that were on the carpets from maintenance, especially in the elevator. We left our hotel around 7pm and came back later when it was dark, there were cops everywhere. I didn't make me feel safe especially since my 3 yr old was with me. The hotel attendent was not very plesent, nor was he inside the building when we arrived. He seemed to be the only one working in the hotel. He talked fast and left no time for questions or the feeling he wanted to be bothered after he checked me in. When we arrived to our room, the door was opened with the trash can holding the door. The room looked clean, but made me feel uneasy. Bed was a king size with plenty of pillows, which was nice. There was a microwave and mini-fidge. Towels were scarce, and bring your own tooth paste, theirs wasn't very good. Breakfast was bare, the cereal that was posted on the containers was not the cereal in them. Milk was watered down since they put ice in the pitchers to keep them cool (didn't work well). Danishes had slim pickens, as well as the mini muffins. They had bananas but they weren't ripe. Oj and Apple juice were also offered. Dining area was small and became noisy when more than 4 people would eat in there. The hotel did look nice, but it gave me an uneasy feeling throughout my stay.

It was a very nice hotel. It was new, clean and comfortable, just was in a dirty looking area. Everything around was run down. It was fenced in all around it so my vehicle was safe. That was my only concern.
