Was ill all the time so spent time in the room

I would like to have bigger beds for 5 people and no loud noises next door also smells like cigarettes. I did not like the rooms and it wasn't safe for my kids. This hotel I wanted to change but couldn't. It wasn't safe for my kids and you can even smell cigarettes. The hotel had loud customers and could not rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very convenient situation, good parking, helpful staff. Improvement perhaps could be in accessing international telephone lines as our UK mobiles did not work in Alaska. We think Alaska is a fantastic holiday venue. You have such great wildlife on your doorstep, the people are so friendly and there is so much to entertain tourists. Days Inn was a great place to stay for us.

A zero would be my rating, dirty, noisy, seedy area.

Clean & comfortable room, very helpful staff, about 6 blocks from downtown activities, restaurants & shop. We would definitely stay at this location again. The only thing that was missing were amenities - except for coffe/tea in small eating area, there weren't any extras. At least a minimal continental breakfast would definitely enhance a stay here.

This was a very short in-at-night out-in-the-morning stay. The staff was helpful and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The gay and lesbian headquarters is across the street next door to the restaurant owned by the hotel. A homeless shelter is down the block. Front desk clerks keep an eye out for homeless and shoo them away from the lobby coffee pot. I made a 1-day error on the date when booking this hotel through Orbitz. The hotel gave me a discounted rate on the correct booking, Orbitz gave me no help at all! Their help desk understood nothing and could only quote the manual. Orbitz stinks!

Excellent service, big and clean rooms, with a very good view, near-by dinning, and shopping. Not enough parking on the site, extended parking not in site from rooms.

Worst hotel in Anchorage, drunks, street noise, dirty, stinks, rude staff I could say more but you get the drift!

The top of my list was having access to the hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport and train station. Is was great to be within walking distance of downtown mall and farmer's market. The staff was very helpful in locating restaurants and provided answers to everything we asked. Good people. We were not reminded of the breakfast when we checked in. It was not the newest hotel, but it was clean. Great deal for the money spent. I would stay again.

Nothing, I will never stay there again. Customer service, parking, location, service androom. This was a horrible place to stay, not to mention, terrible customer service. The second night we came back to our room, the maids had cleaned out our fridge and everything. When I told the front desk, they didn't care and said it was our fault for not leaving our entire luggage in there. The parking and location is awful, and all night you could hear the water pipes clicking, clicking. I will never stay here again.

1. smoking room reserved and paid for 1 month in advance. upon checkin i was informed that hotel showed nothing about smoking room and not their fault since the travel agency made the reservation. when asked if any other was available, i was told not in the price range that i had paid (this price was advertised in the hotel section). athe desk clerk offered no compromises other than a nonsmoking room. 2. the walls are paper thin and i had to keep the tv on in order to drown out the conversations in the next room 3. on my second and last day in the hotel, the toilet stopped up to the point that i had to use facilities at a nearby restaurant

The shuttle service was extremely slow in getting to the airport to pick us up. The driver then asked a group of 6 of us if we would mind if he could make a stop for one of their other guests. We all said no, since it was 11:00 at night. He said that he would go out and do the errand later. The bathroom was not very clean either. I was so disgusted by the shower that I wouldn't even get in there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Nothing. Noisy. Door didn't close well. Constant movement of people in middle of the night, and loud noises. Hotel is located in noisy area, which I expected, but I was given a room in an area which seemed to be used for one night stands. The Door did not close well, and the walls are thin.

Hotel was very dirty, unprofessional staff, treated my wife bad. There was drunks all over the side we stayed in, I could not even smoke a cigarette without getting into a converstation with a drunk which I could not understand a word they were saying. No elevator on the side we stayed in, no breakfast, no refridgerator. The ice machine was in the other building(3 flights of stairs down & across) We had to pay 5 for 20 minutes of internet.

It was a good central location. However,as we were with a child we have would have appreciated a breakfast service. The room was small and the bathroom even more so.

The Airport pick-up transportation was excellent and so also the interior room things like TV and the like. The common areas were looking un clean and tired. The single elevator facility for the 60 odd number of rooms was totally inadequate and very slow. It is justifiable but the cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and elevator needs upgrading badly. Airport Transportation is excellent and prompt at the prescribed times (hourly).

It was for us an excellent choice. Great place, excellent price. The rooms were cleaned everyda, the experience overall was excellent.

We came to Anchorage for a 3-day holiday. Hotel staff were mostly no-nonesense serious but provided great and efficient service from airport pick-up til airport drop-off. Hotel's location was central and close to interesting places. Service agencies were within a few minutes of walking distance. The only downside was the design of the room we were in. The faucet was outside the toilet room so it was inconvenient to use when one of us was sleeping.

It was easy to find. It's in a very unsafe part of town. Since we only needed it for one night it served its purpose but wouldn't use it for a longer stay.

Did not like going to the front desk and dealing with new personnel everytime
