Was easy to get to from anywhere. The hotel bed was junk and the floor was muddy. They really need to upgrade their beds and their cleaning staff. The carpet had mud all over it and it didn't look like it had been vaccumed. The hall way had saw dust pile in it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My accommodations were wrong (I wanted a smoking room with outdoor window and got a non-smoking room with patio doors that were in a hallway!). While trying to get them to change my accommodations I was told that it shouldn't matter because smoking is bad for me... WHAT! My room's hand towels were dirty. I asked the front desk to change them (in person) and proceeded to my meeting. When I got back the same hand towels were in the room. I went to the front desk and they just gave me towels. On the second day the staff obviously could not figure out how to put back on the facial tissue cover so they just left it on the counter, the towels wet (clean but wet), and the cover on the shower head fell off. The stairs in the hall were full of dirt, the whirlpool was brown, the table in the restaurant was set for the next customer but crumbs remained from the previous diner, etc. The hotel was way understaffed -- during checkout there were eight people in line and only one clerk who was also answering the phone. Don't make the same mistake I made. Seriously avoid this place if you want a pleasant trip to Dickinson or Medora.

Lobby area was very nice. The hotel room was filthy! Arrive at check in and was in a smoking room. The room did not smell bad, but was dirty everything from the carpet, bathroom, dresser. The entrance to the area of the hotel where our room was was masked by the dumpster for the hotel garbage.
