Location. Very low quality facility. It is overpriced for the features and quality of rooms and facilities.

The hotel was OLD and smelled . I had to buy an Air Freshener to make the room bearable. There was mildew and cracks everywhere. The refridgerator was broken and when I told the front desk they advised me that if you use the front light switch to turn the lamp off, it turns the fridge off so it was MY fault! They tried to get me to sign a blank page showing no charges seperage from the charge detail. The page said I agreed to pay what the charge detail indicated, but when I said they could change the Charge Detail after I signed this second page and I would be agreeing to anything. I said I would sign the charge detail but not a second page that did not outline the exact charges as this was nothing more then a blank check in my opinion, the front desk man called me some words, threw the page at me and told me to get out if I was going to be difficult. The "Continental Breakfast" was nothing but a few discusting single wrapped donut sticks and Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies. Even my dogs seemed grossed out and refused to go near the bathroom and refused to lay down on the floor. If pets won't sleep on it, there must be something really wrong.

Breakfast was a joke, Room had a horrible odor, internet doesnt work, staff could care less. Showers are luke warm. Has a stop to keep you from taking a warm shower.just horrible not worth it for even one night.

It was so bad. They first put us in a room that was flooded and sprayed it down with fabreeze. It was hard to get towels and the host there was just the worst i have ever delt with. i can not believe they are still around.

Dirty. The hotel said that it had beach access. We had to walk over a mile to the beach. It also said that there was a continental breakfast. There was orange juice and little Debbie cakes.

Found tampon wrapper floating in the toilet, dirt in tub, black mildew ring around the toilet, blood stained towel hanging off the tub, used bar of soap with hair on it, several stray hairs in bed, stained sheets, sheets were used, table had drink rings & dust, room smelled musty, complained to front desk, waited 10 days for owner to contact me, he never did, filed a complaint with Days Inn, can't do anything because its a franchise, filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau, owner still never responded, called the BBB, was told there are several complaints against owner

The room was outdated. You can feel the dust in the air. I woke up with pink eyes and conjestion. it was as if you felt the bed bugs on you. Terrible experierce. checked out before 8 am.

It was very close to the beach! The breakfast was awful! No milk! The room was kind ofrun-down and moldy. The breakfast consisted of individual - wrapped twinkies, etc. And there was no milk. It was close to the beach.

This motel is old, in need of updating, painting, remodeling. The website over-rates the amenities. The breakfast was embarrassingly meager. It was 3/4 of a mile from the public access to the beach. I will not ever stay here again.

The advertised ""free breakfest"" consisted of packaged doughnuts and twinkies--not the usual apples, bannanas, waffles and cereals as advertised for a ""free continental breakfast.""

We got to the hotel to check in and had to wait 15-20 mins for a service attendant to be checked in. We didn't realie that the sheets had sand in them until we got back later the first night. When we spoke with thr front desk, the man was very rude and a complete smart-ellic. He brought 4 sets of new sheets and pillow cases when the room only had 2 beds. He then proceeded to argue with me about how I didn't call when we first arrived to complain. Needless to say, the other two people I was with also weren't very satisfied either. It was not at all whst was advertised in pictures or on the website.

It suited its purpose and was within a mile to where our friends have a condo. Can't think of any. The room was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. More of a continental breakfast, would have been appreciated.

The hotel rooms are a nice size. The TV offered a lot of channels for us to watch while we were sleeping. The bathroom area was a nice size as well. We weren't convenient to the beach unless you want to walk a good while. We are convenient to fastfood and shopping. Located right next to Big Kahuna Water Park.

Staff was exceptional! Needs new mattresses! AC worked GREAT! Staff was more than accommodating. Liked WiFi set up (hardwired). Convenient to business contacts.

Was in Destin for the weekend, hotel ok for the price, but non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the chain on the lock for the door was broken in one of the rooms, towels smelled like they had been washed without soap (had a musty, sour smell).

Nothing. It was an awful experience. Poor facility. Not clean. Unorganized. I arrived in my room only to find leftover food from the previous occupant in the refrigerator. I was called that evening to say that they needed to come in and inspect the room for the last occupant to receive their deposit back or I would be responsible for any damages. They left another packet of coffee by the sink without cleaning the pot out. It was an awful experience!

when we got to our first room the AC did not work. We were upgraded to another room. The light over the sink had to be replaced the next day.

Right across the road from the beach. Not a very nutritious breakfast selection. It was quiet and really liked the walking distance to the beach.

We had a great time, Big Kahauna Water Park was right next door, the beach was about a 1/4 mile away across the street. Would stay again.
