Simple request-asked desk to have them print boarding pass for airline was denied--"We can't print" then I was handed my printed room recipt Simple request and as you cant check in on line until 24 hrs in advance you need to print boarding pass if you dont want to waste all the time at the airport getting the boarding pass

We had an airconditioner that would make a loud screeching noise everytime it came on. About every 30 min. Needless to say we have sleepless nights waking up all the time. I called at 6:00 to tell them about the problem and they said they would fix it or move us to another room. Well neither was done and we were stuck with out sleep for 3 nights.

Bed was awful. Had to sleep in the middle to keep from falling off. Musty smelling. Should have been about 69 a night. Horrible couch. Wouldn't sit on it. Dirty. Very noisy neighbors.

This was a nice hotel to lay my head after a long day. There were many activities at or near the hotel, but did not take advantage of them. They offered a discount of their restaurant and bar for being a guest. The grounds were clean and all staff were very nice.

The room was accessible. We were able to park right in front of our room. The room was smaller thanI thought and there was no weight room. Our stay wasn't the best. The hotel was supposed to have a weight room and high speed internet access. The weight room was non existent and the internet access was slow as dial-up. The room was not near as big as I thought. But it is clean, friendly, and located in a good spot.

Hotel was clean, staff was efficient and courteous, rate was better than even the small ""mom & pops"". Room was cool and had the air running when we arrived---a definite plus not to have to wait hours for it to cool down. Would definitely stay here again.

Days Inn At Crystal River was very nice. Good value for the money. The rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The court yard setting was pleasant and relaxing with beautiful trees, sitting areas, a small play area for children, and a pool. Pool area was nice and well kept. This was a very relaxing place to enjoy the evening and talk with family and friends. A Denney's Resturant was on the property which made it conveinent for breakfast and dinner, staff there also very nice and attentive. In the back of the hotel is a small marina and dive shop ( which is on the river), the staff also helpful and friendly. We rented a boat and felt the price was reasonable. All in all the stay was very relaxing and fun in a family friendly environment. I'd say my family and I were very satisfied with our accomendations and the staff helped make our mini vacation very postive and fun. I would come here again and also would recommend this to my friends and family.

Very clean, plenty of parking. Great location for boating. maybe a little too far from other activities I would high recommend to everyone. Very clean and quiet. Great for the money. Easy for direction purposes. Great location for manatee tour.

Mold and Mildow stains all over the cieling, kick and scuff marks all over walls, the bathroom tile old and messy cigarette burns in blankets and comforters, the room had a very strong mold smell and made us ill. dont stay in room 145 its that bad this motel is rated 2 Diamond I give it a -2 Diamond very unhappy this is the worst days inn we have ever been to.

Close to entertainment. Towels were old and TV needs to be updated. Overall it satisfied my expectations. There were a few housekeeping items that could be updated, such as, bed spreads, television, towels and soaps. The pillows were fantastic and plenty of them. I would rank my nights sleep as an eight and would stay again.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Someone was or had been smoking in the lobby - the smoky smell pervaded the room. Good place to stop overnight just to sleep and shower for the price.

Convenient location; close to restaurants, freeway, SeaWorld. Hotel refused to upgrade to a better room with Jacuzzi tub. Hotel suited our needs.

The pool and the convenience of the boat dock and river in the back of the hotel. The check out time was early. I was pleasantly surprised with the river and boat docks out back. I did not have time to use it but the pool looked great. The rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very accommodating.

Cleanliness and easy access. We had problems with our key card due to the lock battery not working. Good location, friendly people, and best of all clean with a great working air conditioner. Needs more parking spaces for the guest's staying in the back part of the hotel.
