The cleanliness and the friendly service. We wished it had a Jacuzzi suite. It was good overall. We did not have any problems. It was convenient for the type of travel that we were on (business). Although we did wish it had a Jacuzzi suite so that we could have had more R/R during our business. Other than that, it was nice. Liked the fact that it had a fridge in the room too.
