Had to walk past smoking rooms to get to non smoking rooms. Location was very close to freeway access but not very close to any amenities and no pool.

Helpful staff. Smoke smell in hotel and room. This is OK for the business traveler or folks who want to be close to the casinos but not for the children. The swimming pool is off premises at the local YMCA, you have to drive 5 minutes to get there. Not really convenient when you are on vacation. This should be spelled out more clearly to your guest so they they can make a more informed choice.

This hotel was an exceptional value. I was pleased at the cleanliness and size of the room. It was also very quiet even though it was close to I-29. The staff was very helpful. I will stay there again!

Have stayed there twice and never again both times non-smoking rooms smelled heavily of smoke.Beds need to be upgraded not very comfortable too firm.Very little choices on breakfast bar.Not fresh foods.

The hotel is clean and affordable; travelers looking to spend time at the casinos or in downtown Omaha (Old Market, Qwest center) will have a short drive to these areas. The rooms were clean, relatively quiet and comfortable; the hotel is fairly close to the interstate so there is some traffic noise. The complimentary breakfast left something to be desired, but for the price, it's hard to complain.

There is a strong odor of cigarette spoke in the front lobby as well as the vestibule entrance. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this hotel is not for you. The bathroom floors were very dirty and the carpets had not been vacuumed.

This conveniently located motel is very good for those of us who need to drop in for a night and move on the next day. Close to the Omaha Airport, very reasonably priced, with a friendly and helpful staff and safe, comfortable rooms, this Days Inn had all the things I needed for the stay. For those interested in more entertainment, Harrah's Casino is only 3 blocks away. The breakfast room has only the basics, but the receptionist said they had just made plans to improve to more healthy dining selections instead of the "white bread and sugared cereal" fare. Overall, a good motel and a credit to the Days Inn chain

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Skimpy breakfast. We were on the road 17 days and this was the only place we were unable to connect to the wi-fi.

we didnt ask them to clean our room on saturday...then on sunday had them clean the room but they only fixed one bed. NOT GOOD. then when i asked the front desk why they wouldnt have cleaned up all the room or picked things up then not fix or change sheets.I WAS NOT PLEASED. doors were slammed constintley and kids were running up and down stairs. was not able to get any sleep past 8.

Lady let us change rooms since the first one smelled bad. The first room smelled bad.

Hotel was just as expected. It was clean, comfortable and affordable!! Very accessible to Epply airfield. Which is why we stayed there, that and the price was right.

The 9th Ave. Council Bluffs motel is conviently located right off I-29. This was particularly helpful since I was there for medical appointments. The room was clean & neat. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. An early check-in time of 2p.m. was great. I will stay here again.

Nothing. Dirty, beds, pillows, and about everything. Worst hotel in the area.
Date of Stay:

Very friendly personnel, any amenities not available in the room (ironing board, iron) could be obtained at the front desk, very clean and comfortable

It was not as bad as I thought it would be the staff is very friendly. They do need to make sure the rooms are clean before they let people stay in the rooms.

Cheap and adequate. Breakfast started too late for me.

Easy access to gaming. Staff is very helpful. Needs a little updating, but solid budget-friendly accommodations.

It was not as bad as it could of been the staff was really nice but the rooms were not very clean.
Date of Stay:

The shower - clean, good shower head and water pressure. Toilet seat broke, really old worn bedding, room was very dark. Don't think I will stay at Days Inn again. Felt like one step above a truck stop hotel.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
Nothing it was a complete disaster. All the rooms smell like smoke. Outdated linens and the doors have a 1 inch gap at the bottom. Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are outdated and smell of smoke.
