Convenient location and clean. Old, restaurant in the middle of renovations.

We found out this motel was built in 1989 and it has not been renovated since it was built. We actually had to stay there twice in one week and had paid in advance, so we couldn't get out of our commitment. The carpets are filthy as well as the bedspreads, don't walk bare footed. In our first room the toilet cover hinge was broken and the toilet ran. Chips on the woodwork and the beds are marginal. On our second stay we got a different room - the air conditioner was dripping all over the carpet and had been doing it for some time as the carpet was wet when we entered the room. The stopper in the sink had to be removed because it was broken and would not go up or down when you used the handle.. All of this for * a night. We stayed at the Sheraton out by the Toronto Airport prior to flying back to the states and our room was spotless and extremely nice for * a night. This Days Inn should be shut down. Whoever is managing this property, they are not doing walk throughs and obviously there has been negligence with up keep. My advise - pay a little more, this is a rip off.

Rooms and breakfast. NA. Great hotel close to major highways. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast (continental) was served in the restaurant next to the hotel. Restaurant is currently renovated, but the breakfast was excellent anyway. I definitively will stay in this hotel again.

People greeting us at the Front desk did not know anything. I had a confirmation number and the old lady there took about 30 minutes to figure out what room she was going to give us. We left in the middle of the night around 2:30 and the old man there did not know how to give us a receipt. A man before us, just left very upset. There to it took a good 20 minutes to figure things out. This is not good and I do not think that I will go back to one of your hotel again and I do travel quite a bit. Thanks for taking care of that matter for your futur clients.

Convenient location and access to freeway. Water faucet in bathroom was difficult to open. Needed to be replaced. Close to freeway. Easy to get to restaurant next door. Continental breakfast was satisfactory but not excellent. Good dinner menu. Quiet room but hallways had smoking odors.

The staff was very helpful. I did not like the smell of the hotel, too stuffy.
