It was a clean quiet room not too far from the edge of the historic area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was as good as you would get anywhere. Cleaners just miss small details like high dusting. If you just want a decent place to sleep, wash up and keep your stuff plus get a free breakfast and get treated well by the staff, I would say stay there. If you want all the bells and whistles, go to a more expensive place.

This was a dated hotel, but has been maintained well. The staff was super nice and payed great attention to its guest and me.

The shower constantly got hot then cold. One thing on vacation that is supposed to be nice is having all the hot water in the world to enjoy, but this hotel made for a miserable shower.

Cheap. No smoking room was smoky, no cell signal & very expensive in room long distance. Even non-smoking rooms very smoky. Not terribly clean. No cell phone signals inside rooms and long distance calling was ridiculous: $26 for a 15 minute in state call. Said on phone that sprint was the long distance carrier, but turned out to be subcontracted to an overseas company that showed up on the credit card. It is inexpensive, but bewares. If you cannot stand smoke, stay elsewhere!

WE were very disappointed in this hotelt. First the toilet bowl was dirty and that just sent us on a negitive mood about the whole place. The staff were unfriendly when we checked in, and I just think we should have gotten better for the price we paid.

Perfectly located to attractions we wanted to visit. Ceiling stucco needs improvement. Our experience was very good. The location is perfect for many of the attractions and restaurants and other entertainment areas. Very quiet and tranquil.

While our room was adequte, the promised refrigerator and micowave was not there. there wer fruit flies coming out of the juice dispenser- gross. Staff was friendly, location okay.

The breakfast. Almost everything. The bathrooms wasn't very clean, the air condition was leaking water all over the floor and was soaking wet. The bed was uncomfortable. I have stayed at Days inn before and this was the worse.

This hotel was really dated looking and the room was very dark (in terms of decor and lighting). I think it was fine for a couple of nights, but I really would not recommend it for more than that. The continental breakfast was sufficient, and the location was fine.

The hotel was very clean, and near a lot of restaurants. I love the fact that it was located close to a shopping outlet. I enjoy this get away. The bathroom was too small. Could have used a larger bathroom or sink area separate from bathroom. I will recommend this hotel for a quit get away. Or a short stayed.

Great location; family friendly; clean, large pool; kind staff; good complimentary breakfast. No pool towels provided; no elevator for 2nd floor. This is a great hotel if you are visiting Colonial Williamsburg with a family. It is less than a mile from the park and not a bad walk if you are in decent shape. The room was very clean and I felt very safe staying there as a woman traveling alone with my 10 year old daughter. It is very close to lots of family-friendly restaurants. Most of the guests were families.

The cost was very reasonable, the hotel was quiet and well located. A good hotel with no frills. Very affordable and could walk to the restaurants on Richmond Road and the Colonial District with no hassles. Nice area.

The pool was great after a long, hot day of sight-seeing. The breakfast worked well for our family. The computer was handy, also!

Charged additional $10 a night for second bed. Two adults in room. Bed, needed two to accommodate two adult males on golf trip. Toilet and TV close to course and food. Can you place somewhere on your forms a request for one or two beds. Accommodating two adults doesn't do it.
