That I felt it was safe and kid friendly. We had a great time.

Felt that for the price and location and indoor pool it was a good overall deal.

Room and Bed was comfortable. Bad TV reception, no coffee pot in room, not one apology was given. Over all it was nice, the room was clean and everything worked except the TV, it had bad or no reception. It was not worth the money spent, and the 3 of 4 employee's while friendly, couldn't speak the "I'm sorry for your problem or inconvenience" words.

I went here for a weekend of shopping at the outlets and a getaway. All I wanted was a decent place to sleep with a decent breakfast. I didn't get much of that! The hotel is not too bad although not as nice as pictures make it look. The bad was hard, the pillows were really thin, the sofa looked so dirty I wouldn't even sit on it, and the ceiling could use some work. Water spots and peeling in some places. All of this aside, I did get a nice shower and was looking forward to a continental breakfast. It was on the 2nd floor in the meeting room with an attendant stading outside the doors. It would have been nice if she had directed me into the room instead I had to ask. The breakfast room was small, the tables were dirty (should have been cleaned by the attendant) and the food was basic to say the least. Cereal (2 kinds), bread, donut holes, orange juice, coffee and plain oatmeal. What a disappointment. I ended up going to the nearby Mc Donalds! Overall you get what you pay for. I normally stay in higher priced hotels but wanted to save a little money on this trip to use for shopping. What a mistake!

The hallways and elevators were smelly and filthy dirty. Carpets and floors in the hallways looked horrible. My first room was smelly, did not have any wash clothes, only a quater of a roll of toilet paper (no extra rolls), and the bath mat looked like the rag they cleaned with. I changed rooms and it was a big improvement (but two of the towels were dirty). Front desk staff was courteous in making sure I was satisfied with the second room. The breakfast was okay. The free wireless internet service did not work in the room, only in the lobby area. The lobby area was clean, but the business office with the computer could have been cleaned up. The back door entrance was not secured, the door did not close all the way and anyone could have just walked in. Pool area was okay.

The hotel was very clean, the pool is Ok for kids to play after sightseeing. Location is good. Close to everything important. Breakfast area so crowded that it was almost painful trying to get coffee and cereal. Forced us to find and enjoy excellent local diners for B-fast.

The hotel sheets didnt fit the king bed, there was a hole in the comforter did I mention it was paper thin, the breakfast was cereal, orange juice, enmens danish cute to small pieces that were stale, english muffins with jelly and a toaster that doesnt toast. If you want to stay in a half way nice hotel this isnt the place it is over priced

"Pool colder than a bath. Rooms not clean, bed uncomfortable and small, refrig and microwave not available at front desk as described."

"We had two leaks in the bathroom, the pool was very murky and a real mess. The tile around the pool was VERY slippery. There was no drainage for the water to clear up, I saw about ten people slip while walking slowly (including my own son). The hot tub was also murky and extremely hot. The breakfast was free but minimal and the man attending was one of the rudest we've ever encountered. The best things I can say is that the beds were comfortable and the morning desk staff were very nice. I would not however stay here again."
