Close to event. Over priced for what we got. Overpriced.

I reserved a room at this hotel for a business trip. Upon arriving, the front desk was very rude in answering my questions. More importantly, when checking into the room, there is no dead bolt locks on the doors!! Being a female business traveler, safety is a primary concern to me. When asking the front desk if they had rooms that had deadbolts, they said no. I then went next door to stay at another hotel. I have called numerous times to have them refund my ccard since I did not end up staying the night, but the rude lady at the front desk said only the manager can refund my card. She tells me he is in at one time, then I call then, and he hasn't arrived yet. He has also yet to return my call. It has been 5 days since my trip with no resolution to this problem. Very rude and not customer service friendly at all. Overall, terrible experience with this hotel.

cold water, cobwebs, mold & mildew, dirty linens, locks didn't work on door, housekeeping did not visit room for entire 3 day stay. Management was not receptive to complaints. Other guest had same expreience on the same weekend.

There wasn't anything nice about the hotel. Everything! We checked in and the lobby smelled bad. The staff was very unfriendly and not personable. The beds were horrible. The bathroom floor had standing water on it. The carpet was wet. The room was dirty. I had to call 911 on other guests. The exterior was filthy and was obviously not cared for at all! I will never stay there again.

I liked the king-size bed. Room not very clean, also you can hear other people very well. Once we arrived, just by looking around, you could tell that this particular hotel was the dumpiest one. It was located right next to the highway, it looked run down, sitting outside on both sides were a bunch of construction workers drinking beer and talking loudly. I didn't feel comfortable there. The room itself wasn't too bad; it was just small & not very clean. My husband wanted to go to a different hotel as soon as we got there, but we wouldn't have been refunded for the room, so oh well, it's not bad for one night. But not worth the price we paid for it.

It was right off the main highway. There were loud, drunk traveling workers all over the parking lot. It was hard to get past the loud, drunk traveling workers. I also found the bed to be very bouncy and difficult to get a good sleep.

Clean and apparently upgraded. Also, good continental breakfast. Calls from outside to our room were given but a scant two rings before terminating the call of going to the auto. Both my wife and I are handicapped. Good experience overall. Your telephone answering service needs desperate attention. Both my wife and I are disabled and we both missed calls to our room because we could not physically get to the one phone in the room (106) by the end of the second ring. This is unacceptable and I voiced this to management at the site. They simply said this is the way it is set up and this is the way we do things. Local management not interested in solving the problem.
