I went there with my parents. I booked the room on fone on May 18 and at that time they were having a fab discount --free dinners, 50% off helicopter rides. In fact the helicopter ride was the only reason I booked this place coz I was getting a better deal with another hotel. I arrive on May 30. The clerk forgets to give me the discount coupons. After my request she gives me discount coupons that the hotel currently offers(this coupon has no 50% off helicopters,no free dinners) I tell her that when I booked I was given a better offer. She calls a bunch of people on the phone, and declares -"Sir, this offer is the one we had when you booked. The 50% off helicopters was removed long ago.SORRY!!!!" I ended up paying more money for the helicopter ride--and was thoroughly disappointed. They dont even check back on their call log to see what was offered to you at the time you booked on the phone. Pathetic, unprofessional. DO NOT GO

Only 6$ from the local greyhound station to the hotel. Great value & view. Friendly front desk help. Definitely worth staying at again. Only problem was the left over beer bottles in our coat closet that were left by a previous stay. Nothing to serious to note thou. (:

Room was good size and clean. The pool was small, but ok for the kids. The elvators were loud and our room was right next to them. There was a $10/day fee to park which was not in the hotel description.

Size of closet and shower. Parking Situation. Everything was good except that you pay for parking.

I came into this hotel with a bad impression from the reviews but that is so not the case. When we arrived we were greeted from the front desk with a smile. They informed us that there is 24/7 security if other guests are drinking and partying too loud. The location is awesome and the rooms / pool area are very clean. We stayed in the Tower section and recommend people to stay here.

When we checked in to the Days Inn we informed them that we had already paid for our stay through the travel website. The front desk said no problem. Our room was Okay the location was fine, everything was well. the prices of things were a bit high compared to back at home. But all in all the trip was going well. The sites were beautiful. The wife paid cash for the additional services while I was loading the car. Not knowing this until we were down the road (1hr away) I looked at the bill and noticed we were double charged for all of our stay. I called the travel website to confirm this had happened. The travel website agency reached out to the Hotel to confirm, they stated that we should be refunded within 7-15 days from the hotel and charged back to my credit card. I hope too see the refund soon, but how can the hotel refund my credit card is beyond me when Iwe paid cash. I'll wait the time period and if things aren't straight in the time stated I will be calling the travel website agency again, this time looking for my money from them..........My suggestion to all watch those hotel bills and don't pay cash...

We had a room on the "courtyard" which is actually the parking lot. The bedding was clean. The room was Ok. There was mold build up in the crevases and between tiles in the shower stall area. There was also no cable TV available - which means no Treehouse! The biggest issue was you could tell our hotel room door had been kicked in previously - the jam was split and the door wouldn't close. The lock on the handle worked but the top one was missing. You also had to slam the door to get it closed - and it didnt' close at the top at all. The screen on the room next door had obviously been slit open as well. We were with our 5 yr old and found this all very worrisome. We made sure she slept in the bed away from the door just in case. Not a feeling I which to have again. And so, our next visit to Nigara Falls will be to a different hotel.

We were basically only at our hotel for sleeping. It was so close to the falls and all the entertainment which was just what we wanted. The distance was great because we could go back and forth without wasting time from our trip.

Many extra fees need to pay in this hotel, parking $10+13% tax, then room tax, GST, and marketing desk fee. Not a good deal.

This hotel is in a great location, but needs serious remodeling, from the 1970's decor, worn furniture, heart shaped tubs, that were repainted by hand (LOL) to the broken beds, to the dirty carpeting, They stress at check in they have a zero tollerance for noise but both nights we were woken three times the first night and two times the second night by extremely loud, partying groups of teenagers, WARNING TO ALL this place is PARTY CENTERAL for all the young kids who go to Niagra Falls Canada at 79 and &95 per night you would expect more from now on we will pay to stay on Falls Avenue where we usually stay, guess its a expensive lesson learned on our part......The staff war great buy motel needs lots of work.....

The air conditioning did not work in the hotel room...which made the room very hot. The front desk staff were not friendly in the evenings.

Convenient to attractions I wanted to see. Ventilation wasn't too good and hot/cold water in shower was erratic. We knew the accommodations were basically budget and we were satisfied to that extent.

After making the mistake of booking at this hotel, I will certainly never make the mistake of booking with Days Inn again. Originally I had booked this hotel online at Days Inn?s website, and I made the mistake of using a prepaid reservation. Most hotels believe in keeping clean rooms. Niagara Hospitality Hotels who owns the dive in question, philosophy is, ?Once you have their money, never give it back.?This hotel could not even be bothered to keep clean corridors let alone clean rooms. Pizza boxes and beer bottles were left in the corridor to the courtyard rooms. Cigarette butts strewn around the balconies as well. Inside the room was even worse. For a hotel that does not allow animals, one would expect that the carpets would be relatively clean. The carpets in the room were covered with stains. The bathroom in this room had red goo on the floor, and red goo on the wallpaper. The bathtub was not scrubbed either. The smoke detector in this room also appeared to be ready to fall off the ceiling. The wallpaper was also peeling off the walls. I asked to check out and get a refund. I was told that I would not get a refund as I had a prepaid reservation. The desk manager said that I could not get a refund as I had a prepaid reservation. He said I should have researched the hotel better before making a reservation. Translation: ?You should have realized that our hotel was an absolute dive before booking.?

The swimming pool and the sauna, and hot tub were great. Some days could only get 4 channels on the TV. I would stay there again, it was in a great location and the staff was very nice.

We stayed here during our trip to Niagara Falls. We had a tower room and thought everything was great. The hotel was a great deal for the price we paid, I booked online and pre-paid to get a discount. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to everything, about a half block from Clifton Hill which was nice. We walked to the falls and restaurants without a problem. We paid the 10 per day to park, but found this to be a bargain. The restaurants and attractions were very expensive and overpriced in the area. Double the price of what things cost near our home. Additionally, each dinner bill had 4 different taxes on it everywhere we ate - national healthcare.... We took a swim in the hotel pool which was nice, but really chlorinated. The hot tub was also nice. I have absolutely no complaints with our room at all they kept everything very clean. Even though you are near Clifton Hill, we heard no noise when we went to bed at night. Great trip for the family...just bring tons of cash!

Older hotel, but clean and well maintained. Room large enough for two double beds and two playpens. We were in older motel section, not tower. Quiet but close enough to easily walk to Falls. Difficult bringing stuff up stairs to second floor room. Small, clean pool, hottub and sauna. 10/day parking. No coffee in room or lobby. Friendly and helpful front desk. Problem with room phone fixed within half hour. Charges for local calls. Very pleased. Will stay here again.
