Close to Helen, GA. Tried to make use pay twice. Staff stared us down and profiled us. WhenI arrived thereI met a pleasant older lady. She did not have her stuff together and tried to make me pay again. Seemed like a shady act. Cleaning staff starred us down and acted as if we were stealing. For example: my friend went to get a cup of coffee and the person up front freaked out and stood there while he made coffee and starred him down the whole time. They didn't understand English.

when we checked in the floors didn't looked vaccumed. then the next day we told them no service and they came in and cleaned anyway. the following day we put the do not disturb sign outside door and they didnt even knock on door that time so i guess instead of verbaly saying no room service you have to put sign out.

Rooms were barely OK, heater was noisy and hard to regulate temperature, mattress was worn out and sitting very low. We were checked in by a 16 year old girl. The lobby looked NOTHING like the picture...it was smelly and very cluttered. Breakfast just "stayed there" all day. The town is small and there wasn't much of a choice.

Location only. No air, no water in morning. When we returned from dinner around midnight, the air condition didn't work. Called desk and was told sorry, I could requested a wake up call, didn't get it, upon waking started to get a shower, had no water, called the desk, a male (owner) told me they had busted pipes I,' have to wait until plumber got there in about two hours to do repairs, then we could get our showers. But they wouldn't charge me if we were not out by 11:00 am for another day! We will never stay there again!

We were charged * a night for Labor Day weekend and were told we were getting a bargain. If he had charged us * a night we would still not be getting a bargain at this disgusting hotel. Everything we touched was sticky. The ceiling had water stains, the bedspread was ripped, the blankets looked 100 years old, the bathroom smelled of urine...I could go on and on but I am sure you get the picture. The same people that own this hotel also own the Gateway in Cleveland. My aunt had a confirmed reservation for the same night at Gateway and was told that they had given her reservation away. No explanation was given other than to say first come first serve. She had to make a two hour drive home at 11:00 pm.

Kids loved the pool. Rooms were okay, nothing fancy. Only one table to eat continental breakfast, clean, but not spotless. NA.

Location. Lobby had odor, did not get room cleaned properly and had to have key reactivated every day. The employees were okay but there was no room for the breakfast, very small lobby. kids loud all night upstairs, flat sheets on bottom kept comming out and uncomfortable. light bulbs missing in room. Limited TV. Poor reception.

We went for a one night stay to visit Babyland, where Cabbage Patch dolls are made. The hotel was within walking distance. The rooms need work, although they were clean. For instance, the tub had been recaulked over moldy caulking and the caulking around the drain came up while I was showering. There is a breakfast in the mornings, but it's in the lobby with only a chair and a loveseat and a coffee table, so there's no where to sit and eat. There's a great local restaurant two doors down, though.

Close to the places we were there to see. The continental breakfast was not very good. The staff was friendly and the hotel was convenient.

Convenient to find. The bed was broke down and the toilet flushed every 10 minutes with a bang noise at the end. Will not stay there again.
