Cheap and fairly safe. Access is difficult, it's an older hotel right in the heart of the city.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, that's why I chose it. Four pillows on one queen bed, loved that. There's a small fridge and microwave as well as hairdryer and coffee maker in the room, iron and ironing board., good sized room. Shower had good flow and lots of hot water, important for me. What helped me out most was the computer access in the hotel lobby for the guests. It was a lifesaver for me. Great value, I'm a fan now and will stay there again.

Hotels in Spokane tend to be expensive, and we payed more for this than I normally would for a Days Inn. I was hoping that it would be better than expected but it only met my expectations. Our room had new carpet and new tile in the bathroom and the beds were quite nice with lots of extra pillows. Everything else, however, was fairly shabby. Although the room was clean, the maid had missed some trash (an empty water bottle and a tissue) under one of the beds. The breakfast was in a tiny hotel room with barely room for two families. We had the last of some rather warm orange juice and it wasn't refilled. This is an older motel--with rooms opening outside. The outdoor pool was not filled with water. Although the location was not in a great neighborhood, the other guests at the motel were quiet and it seemed like a respectable place.

This hotel was disgusting. There was blood on the sheets, urine on the toilet, floors so dirty it turned your socks black. Didn't dare go barefoot in this hotel. We will never stay at this location again :(

It was a good location for a good concert experience. WellI wish the windows could be more secure. The hotel was very reasonable for travelers.

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. Staff went overboard to make feel at home. Rooms were recently updated, and are nice and cozy. I will be staying in this hotel everytime i visit Spokane.

when we arrived our coffee pot was broken and our do not disturb sign was not there. after 3 hours driving and a hospital surgery scheduled for the next day we were in much need of these things. the front desk clerk who was so friendly and helpful had these items replaced quickly. the hotel was quiet even though it was located in the downtown area. the prices were reasonable and the cleanliness was like home.

All rooms that we tried werenot clean. The first room had hair in the bed. Not just a few hairs but quite a bit. There was no one to assist me in transferring room so attendant gave me two rooms to inspect to stay in. the second room had stuff that looked like foundation on a few pillows. The third room the beds appeared to be clean but the floor had not been vacuumed in a while. I checked in really late in the night and was not able to find a hotel near. I stayed here but only long enough to catch some sleep before returning to the hospital. The bathroom windows are on ground level they have bars but do not lock. I would never recommend this hotel.

It's hard to find a room that accepts pets. the room was nice and the price was good. I have let my friends with pets as members of the family know that Days Inn is the place to look for when traveling with pets.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mildew on bathroom ceiling. The staff at the hotel was super! Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our bedside lamps, they came right over to fix it. The hotel is a little run down, could use a good cleaning of the bathroom ceiling then a paint job. Breakfast was simple, but good. Location is great if you are doing things all over the city.

Friendly staff. Very hard beds. The staff was great. The beds were very hard. The pool was full of bugs, but it was not a bad stay.

No fridge or microwave in rooms. Over all our stay was just fine, though the rooms should have had fridges and microwaves they did not which was inconvenient.

Convenient. Room smelled funny. We needed a room in downtown Spokane for one night for my high school reunion. This place fit the bill.

HBO Television. No microwave, no fridge, no workout room. No microwave, no fridge, no workout room. Rooms were clean and quite. Got a decent night sleep.

Location, friendly staff, clean. Street noise. It was better than expected and I would stay there again.

Huge bed, very comfortable, wish I had it at home! Not enough parking off street. We were there for Lilac Festival Blooms day 12KM footrace (look it up). Whole city was jammed with people. Staff was great; very friendly, very helpful! Huge bed was to die for! Accoutrements were sparse, but adequate. Older facility at edge of downtown, 1 blk from freeway. Where, what, who, and we expected. Quite satisfied! Happy running!

It was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The "heated" pool was cold. The room smelled "musty". OK for the price, clean, friendly staff.
