It was clean. Our TV was broken so we had to move to a different room, but the staff was quick about giving us a new room.

This hotel is very close to the airport and was the cheapest one in the area to offer free shuttle service. The room was fine, but nothing to write home about. Security also fine. The continental breakfast was excellent, served in an actual mini-restaurant and cooked fresh (I had the bacon, eggs, and toast) Very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent value for the money!

AC was weak,(Extremely HOT weather) Carpet was stained and dirty, overall state of the building was run down. The personnel at the desk were pleasant. Only redeeming factor was a HOT breakfast at resturant next door.

Easy to find. Definitely unclean and unhealthy. The room was horrible: there was black mold over the shower head (which I took a picture of with my cell phone),general filth on the walls and cracks in bathroom. The bedspread had a large stain of...something. I don't want to know what it was.

My family (2 adults and 2 boys) spent one night at this Days Inn because we were just traveling thru this town. So I did not want to pay alot for one night. The check in process went fine. The room was very out dated. I asked for a non-smoking which it was, but someone had smoked in it. It had the old musky smell. The hot continental breakfast was the worst. You walked next door and we enter the room, the hostess tolds us, she could only serve coffee or water. Out of juice, the soda machine was broken and no cream for the coffee, which tasted awful. Your choices for breakfast was pancakes or eggs. No cereal or fruits. Also in the description of the Days Inn was updated in 2002. I did not see anything in our room. We were happy to check out the next morning. Next time I will pay more money for a nicer place. Very disappointed.

I checked out the website for this particular hotel and thought it sounded decent. When I arrived it was immediately obvious that the website was misleading. The hotel is very run down! It seemed the room either hadn't been used in a very long time, or it wasn't cleaned very well. There was a fair amount of dust on all the furniture... including visible dust along the edges of the carpet. The fixtures on the sink and bathtub were old and mildewed. It was not at all a pleasant place to spend the week. If we hadn't prepaid with the package deal, we would have checked out immediately and found a new place.

I have a trip to KY I stay in the same Days inn I love the place every body is friendly also the lady in the restaurant is so nice ....never have problems I was there 4 times last year and now in feb 20 again I choose the same hotel ....I feel so safe and in home ...

During our 3 night stay, the room was never vacuumed, counters/tub never wiped, coffee carafe never cleaned out and coffee filter never thrown out. Mold was evident in the grouting, wires hung from the walls and leftover food was left to accumulate in the public areas. After 3 days, I still have no return call from management to my verbal and written messages.

I went to this particular Days Inn for $** a night a few hours to sleep through for the night before catching my flight out of CVG. I didn't want to spend too much money for 5 hours of sleep...The first room that was given to me was NOT clean. Both the beds had soiled sheets. I immediately went to the front desk, the front clerk was embarrassed (rightly so) and got a new room, the new room was a little better, I couldn't sleep at all that night. I would recommend travelers to stay away from this Days Inn.

Stayed one night for bowling tournament. Staff was not that friendly or helpful. Room was old looking needed updated and next morning we had no hot water along with several other members traveling with us. Would not stay here ever again!!!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Located close to destination. Some of the rooms were under construction. Had a hard time getting toiletries. Hotel was what I expected for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was slow but didn't have enough staff. Rooms were under construction.

It was very close to the airport, out real destination. The whole place had a neglected worn feel to it. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast choices and taste was good. The whole place had a worn, neglected feel to it and the room felt damp and smelled musty.

The first impression was great-room had nice appeal. The safety lock was broken. Overall I was happy with my stay. The room looked nice with nice furnishings and pretty set up. I especially thought the beds were the prettiest I had seen and had nice coverings with the neat way they presented it having the top rolled down and 4 pillows lined up. I also liked the folded bathmat/washcloth combo and washcloths on the counter. Made for a neat impression. On closer inspection you could tell it had been used/ misused with a piece out of the counter Formica and broken safety lock on the door. Also the complimentary breakfasts were great!

"We checked in, that part was simple. The room was heavily scented to mask something unpleasant after you were in there a while,.we left after the game. We couldn't stay, it just wasn't my idea of clean and relaxing."

The room was comfortable. Walking outside to get to the rooms. Although the room was clean and comfortable I wouldn't stay again in this hotel. You had to walk outside the lobby and into the parking lot to get to the rooms. The elevator was behind the building in dark and unsafe place.
