Very disappointed!! Killed 2 roaches the night we arrived and saw 5 more the next morning. We left very early!! Told front desk but didn't seem to care. Also, saw mold on wallpaper under the sink and room smelled. Would have gone somewhere else but it was late and Radford and VA Tech were going back to school and everything was booked.

Cheap yet clean and comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Room was very humid/groggy, but once the AC got running it was fine. Hotel staff was very nice upon arrival. Room was clean and orderly but very humid. Got the AC unit cranked up and that went away. Television was nicer than expected. Shower had good pressure. Nothing fancy but it suited my needs (just staying for the weekend for the football game).

This was the very last available vacancy the weekend I was down there, and this motel seemed to have terrible reviews, but it wasn't that bad. There were no stained sheets or cigarette smells, the mattresses were ok, and the floor didn't feel like it was going to cave in. not a 5-star hotel, but it was fine, and definitely better than some of the no-name motels I've been in. There was also free breakfast. It's also conveniently located right next to Rt. 81 in Christiansburg near Virginia Tech and Radford University.

I had a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. There were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and the entire room smelled like smoke. I was there for graduation at Va Tech and was shocked that the room cost * and was so filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was supposed to stay two nights and fortunately was able to find a room in Blacksburg the next day and moved to that hotel. My entire suitcase was permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke from being in the room less than 10 hours. Very bad experience would never stay here again.

Cheap. Dirty. It was overall what I suspected minus a couple things. The TV was great, the room was what I expected. It was a little too dirty. The toilet was not bolted to the floor.

It was awful. The floor of my room was actually sagging in the middle which made the bed crooked. Also the mattress was worn out and the blankets had several burn holes.

Location. Run down property and not very clean. Will not recommend to any one to stay.

Good place to stay for VT orientation. Room clean and beds comfortable. Son had orientation at VT. Little distance away but was comfortable. Would stay there again if need arises.

Radfords Graduation, My Parents always pick this hotel, we had our graduation party here in the restaurant, only full service hotel in Christiansburg. Best Rate by Far, Management was excellent got us checked in and out promptly with smiles the entire time, recommend this to anyone coming to the area. Buffet Breakfast was the best by far. DAYS INN hotel 3 star. Staff 5 Star. Excellent Choice.

Nothing, dirty, unkept. everything, if it wasn't so late, when we arrived I would have wanted my money back. Very poor hotel, is was a mess and very dirty.

The TV was relatively new. The structure of the bed/box spring was damaged. The location was great. We had to ask for clean (not stained) sheets to be put on one bed. Housekeeper told us that the "stained" sheets were supposed to only be on the beds for the construction workers, who stay at the hotel during the week. Smell in "smoking room" was bad. Bed linens and carpet were very old and worn. Not going back ever!

The staff was nice when they realized we were family of the van tech tragedy. Very dirty, broken down, lawful. It is the worst hotel I think I have ever paid for. It was so bad we took our losses (since we pre-paid) and found another place to stay during the funerals. This could not have come at a worse time since we were in the area because my cousin was one of the professors shot and killed at van tech. The hotel room did not even have cold running water, only hot. The door lock was broken and the heater did not work. It was dirty and I am fairly certain the sheets were not clean.

It was truly a dump! Sink dripped nonstop, beds sagged, bugs everywhere, staff non-responsive. This hotel needs to be torn down, all of the furniture needs replacing and it is very expensive.

Overpriced compared to conditions. Looks rundown. Don't stay here unless you like sub-par accomodations. Beds are hard and for $130 a night, you should find another option.

Location near I-81 and Blacks burg VA. The non-smoking room smelled like old smoke. Old rooms- not too good.

I got the first floor level. It was too far from VT. Its overall grade was good. The breakfast needed attention.
