The hotel is located just off the I-90, making access rather easy. Also all colleges are 10-15 minutes drive from here. The room was spacious and clean. While the dining options were limited, it was not sub standard.

Staff was very nice, very down to earth people. Continental Breakfast was nice with a good selection of breakfast foods. Room was clean whenever I came back to my room. Manager thought of customer's desires first and not just making money. I would definitely come back for future purposes.

I arrived at the Chicopee Days Inn with my daughter and granddaughter - when we reached our room, we soon realized that the toilet and tv were both out of commission. When we called the front desk, we were first told there were no other rooms.... A while later, a room was found - with a pull-out couch. We moved, only to find out that instead of sheets for the couch, there was one sheet and 3 pillowcases. The water machine down the hall was empty. All in all, we were very dissatiffied, and also disappointed with the lack of enough staff on duty.

A.C. worked well. Bathroom is old and tiny. I will not stay here again. Front of hotel looks fairly new and nice. Hallways to rooms is old and dark, rooms were definitely economy. Bathroom is tiny and shabby.

Was not told a night club was attached to the hotel. Room walls right against club open until late hours and hotel would not give us another room. Afraid to get out of car with family in poor lit lot with club guests fighting. Rooms dingy and dirty. Ceiling fell in bathroom on my friend and when complained Hotel did nothing to help. Complimentary breakfast was poorly stocked. Will never stay in this hotel again or recommend it.

I would never go back to this hotel again. As I stated, the rooms were dirty and the bed linen was old and dirty. I was in Mass. The week before and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Ludlow, that was nice. The rooms in this hotel had a old, moldy smell, the need to replace all of the sheets and blankets. I stayed in two rooms and they were both the same way, so it was not like an error.

Close to Starbucks and the Interstate. It was not clean. The hotel was under renovations. The hotel was not clean. There was blood on the toilet from the previous person's use.

The room was acceptable. The hotel was under renovation clutter and dirt everywhere worker eating up the continental breakfast food. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was next to the turnpike and trucks ran all night. It was my most disappointing stay in a motel I can remember. If you have a way to let people know the conditions you should let them know.

Quiet, close to much area needs good service. That you needed to pay to get phone turned on to make a local call. My friend and I need time to get away and to also be close to his family in Chicopee. Most of the people that worked there were extremely pleasant and my only major complaint would be that you had to pay a fee upfront to be allowed to use the phone for local calls to my friends family. So we used cell phones instead. Feeling this was not right even though returnable at the end of our stay. Our budget was limited as it was and adding the extra would have meant having to not have a meal or a full tank of gas for ride home. There must be a better way to have customers not make long distance calls rather than charging those only making the local calls.

There were some assorted paperbacks available. There was a washer and dryer. Nothing. The staff was all friendly and competent. There is an excellent continental breakfast, quite ample. I like the thought that I could do my laundry there. I loved the fact that they had an assortment of paperbacks available to read. It is conveniently located to main highways.

The staff was super helpful, courteous, accommodating and the rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel was clean and well kept and being updated. The staff was superb and deserves the highest marks for helpfulness, attitude, and courteousness. My only negative comment would be concerning the windows which in our room needed to be replaced with new glass and screens added. We were not there on the week-end when the bar would possibly be noisy. During the week there was no awareness of a bar.

Rooms were nice, clean, big and comfortable. Told front desk clerk to charge my account when I checked in, it was not done until I checked out, which caused problems in my checking account. The stay at the motel was alright nothing to write home about. my concern was that motel has a restaurant/lounge attached to the motel which has it's advantages and disadvantages. the patrons from the lounge are allowed to roam freely around the hotel which I feel is not safe. the lounge itself was not very impressive there were empty glasses and bottles all over the place and there where only maybe 30-35 people in the place including the bar tenders & e.g.. not very clean everything was sticky I just felt uncomfortable there, was not clean!!!!!!
