You get what you pay for. Cheap motel with dirty bathroom. Did not get room service for our second night stay.Why?. Lousy review at Orbitz. Orbitz sucks as a hotel reservation site!!!

Run-down; needs updates. This is a motel. Good location, but no working coffee pot in room, run-down, questionable individuals hanging around. Thank goodness we were only sleeping here. We were visiting family and this was a cheap option.

Hotel was located in nearby area of lots of stores and fast food restaurants. However, the staff was very slow to do check in. Took him about 30 minutes to check in every guest. Hotels needs maintenance, specially in the bathtub and stairs going to second floor. Overall, it is ok but I would recommend it.

It was close to the highway. The staff seemed indifferent. It was a place to sleep for the night after a long day. It isn't very remarkable.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfast offered a good selection. We were unable to get towels when requested-we had to wait and there was never enough for a family of 4. It was ok to just sleep and watch TV before going to bed after our day's jouney. My husband loved having Dunkin Donuts right in the lot.

Hotel in a good area with lots of stores. There were bugs in the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. There were bugs in two out of three of the rooms. The 3rd room did not have bugs because it was on the 2nd floor. The room was dirty and the AC did not work properly. The staff was not that helpful either.

Friendly staff. Air conditioning in room did not work. An awful stay. The room was hot and the sheets were dirty. The swimming pool is very small and located directly next to a major highway (very noisy and full of car exhaust).

Our room had not been cleaned in several months - cobwebs around the windows - mold on the shower curtains - Gum on the carpet - rust around the sink and tub - room had not been dusted in several months - fridge was dirty = there was garbage in the trash cans - above all of this the hotel had bed bugs - can you imagine laying in bed and seeing these bugs crawling on the linnen - I about went into shock - I had to throw out all of suitcases plus its contents and go and buy all new clothing and suitcass for our stay in Virginia we also threw out our cooler plus it contents -My makeup bag and all of its contents - A total loss of approximately $547.

this was one of the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed before. the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, big spots on carpet like grease stains or dog mess. bathtub was not clean and had white stuff floating in water. not enough towels for 4 guests, not enough toilet paper or pillows. only 2 pillows for 2 full beds and 4 guests. very very unhappy with room.

The pool was nice. The room was very dirty and old food under the bed . Stains on the carpet . It was vey dirty. It smelled very poorly. It was the worst place.

the front staff was great. The rooms were dirty and had worms on the floor, which were not cleaned up . Sheets not changed in a week. Keep your shoes on. Filthy just filthy.

Very run down and in poor maintenance. The first problem is hotel access from the street. Very hard to find the entrance and the exit is right into a traffic light on coming. The room was clean, however moldy smelling and dirty shower. Parking is not at all condusive to being able to maintain a comfort level that the vehicle is safe from vandalism. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Days Inn Chesapeake/Virginia Beach Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia This motel was very convenient to the weekend activity that was planned. It was close to many restaurant options, shopping options and the highway. What I really did not like about the motel was that the bed linen did not look fresh. Also, we were in a non-smoking room and the room service individual was smoking while cleaning up the adjacent non-smoking room, so did not request her to come in our rooom. We gave her the dirty towels and trash to minimize her time in our room. I loved the location and I would probably stay there again, but bring my own pillows.

The service was terrible. The hotel's service was unacceptable. The key's never worked, I would have to go back to the lobby every time I wanted to enter my room. The rooms weren't clean from the previous customers. Toilet paper was always missing and when I went to the lobby to ask for more, they would never have some. We found food in the refrigerator and the TV's volume would always turn off. Overall, my experience at Days Inn was completely uncomfortable!

I was somewhat disapointed when I got to my room at 12:am and found no towels or bath clothes. Had to go to front dest to get some. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Clean and good working microwave. Coffe maker was broken; had to buy extension cord to view TV from desk; difficult access to hotel.
