Conveniently close to UNCat Chapel Hill, my son attends school there! Smell of the room, very old and musty! I picked this hotel because it was cheap and close to UNC, but it was disappointing because the room smelled old and musty and the bathroom in the room seemed really outdated. Not likely to stay here again, but the staff was very friendly.

Called 10/26 for reserv. for husband's major cancer surgery at UNC in Nov. Tried to ask questions, but Mark (front desk) interupted and got a very patronizing tone with me. I asked him to please not get an attitude that I just needed to make a reserv. He said I was the rudest person ever and he told me off. My husband who is very sick got on the phone and let him have it and Mark told him to shut up! WOW great service! I'm going to be sure and tell all our fam. and friends that are coming for the surgery not to stay at the Days Inn!!!

The rooms are small, our room had the smell of a smelly dog. Management seemed indifferant about it."

This is a no frills place to stay. Very average rooms and breakfast. The location is the best feature especially is you are going to any UNC functions. Only minutes to Franklin Street.

It had everything I needed. It is part of a chain. Of all the chain inns/hotels I have stayed in, this was by far the most pleasing. Clean, comfortable, and with good extras (good cable, free wifi), plus staff who were polite and convivial rather than overly formal.

Overall good expierence. Hotel is located very conviniently to University and is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very good. Nice Stay.

Great shower. Convenient to everything in CH. Very small and tight space. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to people who are visiting the CH area. Great location and clean decent hotel. Well maintained.

We just stayed there this weekend for a UNC home football game. This place was simply bad. The rooms are small and dank. More a motel than hotel. Bed uncomfortable. Didn't really want to touch sheets. Bath towels were thin and cheap. Just keep looking -- there's gotta be a vacancy elsewhere.

Easy check in and check out, convenient parking Drapery was too short for the window and the security light caused to room to have too much light. For a quick trip to visit my son at college, this was an inexpensive and comfortable place to sleep and shower.

The rooms are dank and dirty. They smell like air freshener that is used to cover up dirty odors. We only stayed 2 out of the 4days we were supposed to. Had to get out.

Free internet. Old room. It suited my purpose - a short overnight stay prior to a business meeting.

We have stayed here several times on business and family visits. Staff is always nice and rooms are always clean. We enjoy our stay every time.

It was very convenient to all the places I had to go. Although I did not utilize the continental breakfast it was very clean. The bedroom was smaller than I anticipated. This was not a pleasure trip but in the future I would stay at this hotel again. I did not have the opportunity to sight-see, but I noticed the hotel was located close to areas that I would have liked to visit. The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My stay at this hotel was very well received.
