Close walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are in need of an major over hall. The room had mold/damp smell, the air conditioner made a on and off load noise, the bath room floor was sticky. Would of been off staying at a roadside motel.

The rooms were clean and neat. They let us check in early so we could change. Would stay there again.

Desk Person should look up the meaning of the words "Customer service" in the dictionary. She was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. We attempted to reserve a room for 5 people...as the website says "5 people max" per room...with 2 double beds and a cot, but was told by Ms. B they could not guarantee me a cot, yet they want a reservation cancelled 24 hours in advance...and there may be no bed for the 5th person when we arrive. What a scam! She was such a horrible excuse for a desk clerk representing that compant...that I will never stay in a Days Inn again! I attempted to call the Days Inn "Customer Care Center" to complain...and to cancel our reservation...and spoke to Ryan #7129 (He was too scared to give his last name)....who was not any better with customer service than she was. What a poor excuse for hotel accomadations! Days Inn Used to be the best. You'd better be careful or one of your kids may be sleeping on the floor! HORRIBLE HOTEL!!

It was quiet. I did not like the bathroom at all! The bathroom shower head was barely 5 feet High, I had to bend over to shower and the light was out and the person at the front desk told me I had to wait and they would make a note of it. Most of the power outlets in the room did not work and that had to be the tiniest bathroom I had ever seen. Not Satisfied.

They staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room smelt musty and looked dated and had double beds but clearly had room for queens. The beds were comfortable. They had wireless internet in the rooms which was nice. The continental breakfast less than something to be desired, there was no more cereal, the cream was warm and flies and knats were flying around. The pool was closed for the season so I have no comment on that. It was centrally located to many different shopping and attractions within only minutes, so that was nice.

I liked the front desk employees and the location. Bathroom was a bit dirty and very small! Would recommend this hotel for people taking a short vacation (like we did--not more then 3 nights) just because of the room & bathroom size! The location was excellent; in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a few shops. Very nice staff! Overall, this is a very nice hotel for the location and the price!

good value for the money. pool was OK. Staff is nasty and not interested in helping people. location is OK with a lot of food places around. I would try somewhere else next time.

The location is great. It is near all the Outlets and Williamsburg. Room was dirty and housekeeping did a horrible job. I ordered a king size bed and got 2 doubles. I requested a crib for my daughter and never got one. The beds are hard as rocks. The shower head was moldy and the bathroom sink was filthy. There were remains from the last gentleman's face shaving in the sink. The sheets weren't changed the whole time we stayed. They threw the bag of clean towels on the cement outside the door and left them there. The pillows were so worn out that they had no shape. I got stuck sleeping in a double bed with my 7 month old. When I finally went down again to ask for a crib they claim they ran out of cribs but there were no other infants in the hotel that I could see.

Good location, the room had new carpet but the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in! The bedding was clean but the tub had obviously not been cleaned. The staff was friendly, well informed, and efficient.

We got a great deal on travelocity for this hotel. Check-in took all of 1 minute, and I was able to park right outside the door of my room. There's a mini-fridge/microwave, which was great. Breakfast wasn't fantastic, but at least it was free! The only thing that they need to improve on was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny. Overall, the hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay again.

Price was right for a busy weekend in Williamsburg with other properties full or more expensive. Room smelled smoly as it was a smoker.

Decent location. Non-smoking room stank of cigarettes and had an ashtray! Not a bad place to stay if you don¿t mind cigarette smoke stinks. Staff seems to be somewhat competent. Neighbors seem welcoming to bagpipe practice!
