Wow this place was horrible. Those pictures are misleading. Don't ever stay here. I don't know what rooms they took pictures of because my room did not look like that, at all. The only nice thing about this place was the staff.

No HOT water, not clean, hotel lobby restroom toilets loose and falling over and it is in a terrible location. Not at all near down town Denver. The girl at the desk was very nice and in fact said you will be refunding my credit card.

The hotel was in good location for my stay.

Truthfully, I never checked in here, so things like "bed quality" and "clenliness" should have been no rating, but the computer wouldn't accept that. The neighborhood is awful, and the hotel did not appear to be at all safe. I was concerned for the safety of my rental car in the parking lot. I would definitely not reccommend this hotel for anyone but a hardened adventurer!

Lights in my room didn't work. I walked back to the office and was given new light bulbs. The lights still didn't work. The desk offered a different room. While far across the property I decided to get groceries before moving to the new room. But the 2nd room didn't have a refrigerator like the first one. (I used the waste basket as a cooler.) When I tried the shower there was no hot water. It was hours before that problem was fixed. The next day I returned to find only the bathroom lights worked and the tv did not. Since I was leaving the next morning I just accepted the situation and went to bed.

Stained carpet, damaged walls, hard mattress, dingy atmosphere and suspicious people loitering around the parking lot, no other cars in parking lot. Very dingy and rundown. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot at 9pm. The rooms were extremely in disrepair. The rooms stunk, and were generally dirty and dingy.

Went to The Dead Concert. The room was very clean, but it did need an update on the outside and in. My bed was broken and almost folded in half, but the other side worked.

Close to my meeting. Filthy, smelled like smoke. Wasn't a very nice place to stay. The rooms all smelled like smoke, the neighborhood wasn't the best and I wasn't sure my car would be there in the morning. Wasn't too safe or secure place and not too clean at all.

October, 2006
The door was kicked in, missing trim, drywall falling off the walls, the room stunk, no wi-fi internet as advertised. Not a very nice part of town. Perhaps you can find something better. ONE Star rating is overstated!

The Days Inn room was frightening. There were ants in the room in January, the door did not secure properly, the towel rack fell of the wall, the toilet didn't flush unless you took the lid off and pused yhe reset button the furniture was ripped and there was no blanket on the bed. I could go on...

The staff was fantastic. Under construction, many amenities were unavailable due to this. The staff made the stay as comfortable as they could, however the construction made the stay uncomfortable at best.

The front door had been kicked in. The lights didn't work, and the fixtures were missing. Some guy tried to sell me oysters off a truck in the parking lot. At least there was no insect infestation, but the Hurricane Katrina refugees were rather noisy and combative.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
this hotel is dirty. My box springs was busted in half(I don't even want to imagine how this happened). One of the two locks on the room door was busted off like the door had been kicked in. I would never ever stay here again. If my wife had been along on this trip she would have never stayed here. I thought since it was a Days Inn I could trust the name. I was obviously mistaken. The only thing it has going for it is the proximity to the stadium.
Date of Stay:
January, 2008
It was close to freeway and stadium. Broken curtain rod, exposed/cracked/missing sheetrock in doorway. Served basic no frills need, but for the price it should have been a bit nicer. The door locks as if it had been kicked in at on time, there were exposed framing visible in the doorway, carpet was not clean, and we kept our shoes on to walk around the room. Also the wind howled and whistled through the door threshold.

This hotel was in a horrible part of Denver. There was grafitti all over the outside of the hotel. Our bedroom door had been kicked in, had no matching furniture, and stunk. Taxi driver told us there was a drive by shooting the night before and drug deals from this hotel. Do NOT Stay here!!!

This Day's Inn did nothing to help the chain's rep. It is in serious need of a renovation. The walls were dirty with peeling paint and the carpets were very filthy. The staff was helpful but you can only do so much to improve the surroundings. Since I was there for a trade show and booked late I was stuck but if I had the chance to move I would have done it in a heartbeat.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
Nothing, but the clerks were honest and friendly. The fact that people without reservations were getting cheaper rooms than I did. I didn't expect much from the hotel except for a clean room. It was not satisfactory.

This hotel was a true dump. Very run down. Carpets were dirty, blood stains on the couch, and in a very bad neighborhood. It looked like and was located in a area for hourly hotels. Did not sleep all night as there was parties in the parking lot all night. Airconditier was noisy and old, and the toliet kept running all night. The shower had no hot water I NEVER complain, but this was real bad, and I have stayed in hotels all over the world like China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and this was the worst.
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Location is the only plus. Gap under the door, ants in room, holes in bedspread, old furniture, and bug spots on light fixtures. I can't believe that this room would pass any health codes in the USA! If we thought we could have found another room somewhere we would have left.
